Our goal at Klean Kanteen has always been to make our reusable
bottles from healthy, recyclable, food-grade stainless steel that’s
durable enough to last years. Most other water bottle companies,
even the ones making stainless steel bottles, use plastic or
aluminum threads and caps because it’s cheaper and easier.
When we designed the wide-mouth bottle we completely
eliminated plastic from the inside of the bottle. We’re especially
proud of the fact that the Klean Kanteen Wide is all stainless
steel (except for the BPA-free polypropylene #5 on the top of the
stainless steel caps).
Because the interior of the bottle is 100% stainless, Klean
Kanteens don’t need to be lined like some other water
bottles, and liquids inside never touch plastic. The Klean
Kanteen™ Wide comes standard with a Stainless
Loop Cap, or one can opt for the stylish, low-profi le stainless
Flip D-ring Cap, available as an accessory. We’re excited to
