Mazel Toffee
A playfully delicious combination of nut-free toffee embedded with matzoh and finished in milk chocolate. The matzoh is kosher and so are all the ingredients; however, since the kitchen is not certified kosher, neither is the toffee. Ideal to bring to a Passover seder as a gift or to nosh on during the Passover season.
Think of the toffee as the Godiva chocolates of toffee.
We were walking our golden retriever around the neighborhood of our BuzzFlash office when the words "Terry’s Toffee" on an attractive brown awning caught our eye. After tasting the toffee, we were smitten. It is delicious and who knew toffee came in such exotic flavors?

History
In 2002 Terry Opalek had a revelation: it was time he rediscovered his grandmother's toffee. Consulting his Aunt Jenne Louise, Terry learned and perfected this treasured family secret. Soon, countless friends and loved ones were requesting more and more toffee. Terry and his partner Michael Frontier realized that they were onto something good and began selling the toffee through gourmet food stores.
Grandmother's recipe became the basis for McCall's Classic. But Terry was also drawn to the tastes and textures of other cultures. He was inspired to include ingredients never before joined with toffee. Today, infusions such as chai spices, French lavender, Madagascar vanilla, Australian ginger and crushed wasabi peas have absolutely transformed toffee.
Following their intuition, Terry and Michael opened their sweet shop in Chicago in 2005.
Terry's toffee is now enjoyed from California to New York. It has received countless honors, and has been included in the 2005, 2006 & 2007 Academy Awards.
In the future, Terry's Toffee has plans to expand the positive energy generated by this remarkable toffee to make the world a better place.
Ingredients: sugar, butter (cream, natural flavorings), milk chocolate [(sugar, milk, cocoa butter, chocolate liquor) soy lecithin and pure vanilla], matzo (wheat flour), and less than 1% rosemary and vegetable oil (all natural preservative).
