'Political Issue'? Does Bush Have Any Other Kind of Issues?

MS. SMITH GOES TO WASHINGTON
by Shirley Smith

BuzzFlash,

If Bush had other beliefs other than those polluted political ones, he would have resigned years ago out of guilt and shame. The highest debt in US history didn't seem to bother him when talking about tax cuts for the elite. Death doesn't bother Bush, as long as it's not his, and he spends plenty of taxpayer money on his own protection. He never talks about the war in Iraq like he did before he invaded that country and was selling his military hardware to this country, after killing thousands of innocent people in Afghanistan and allowing bin Laden to escape.

We never hear him talk about bin Laden or even the famous Anthrax killer ... but, tax cuts, more war (Iran), flag burning, immigrants, gays, guns, religion, bird flu, terrorists lurking in the shadows on every street corner, etc., well it's yakety, yak, yak, about how we Americans should be "allowed" to live our lives. There's not a long distance to travel from being a "decider" to becoming a dictator, (or defecator, depending on how one looks at things done by Bush), in fact, what is the difference, I wonder, when it comes to the changing of the US Constitution and Bill of Rights?

Subjects that concern Americans, Bush doesn't feel like talking about them. Never mind about our fraudulent elections, lack of jobs, the millions of men, women, and children who have no medical benefits, the flaws in our educational system (the ones before Bush messed with it), the "real" clean air issues and our environment, the daytime robbery at the gas pumps by Bush's oily billionaire, highest-profit-ever, politically contributing friends, Bush's connections to money scandals in DC, the continued chaos and death in Iraq and Afghanistan (and Africa?), well Bush doesn't read, so what the hell, can he spell it or find it on a map, women's rights to choose threatened. Of course, all of this to Bush, is merely or "only" political.

Bush's GOP power depends upon being political. Everything Bush and his GOP administration can do for a vote among their loyalists, they will do regardless of our democracy, our Constitution, and regardless of the fairness to all Americans ... we Americans should know this by now. Of course, it's political, the gay issues, the war issues, the Roe vs Wade issues, the immigration issues, the flag issues ... everything is political ... that's the power behind the Bush GOP (plus election fraud). From where we Americans live, and have to live with these Bush GOP anti-American issues for the last thirty odd years even before Bush ... they don't believe in anything other than their bottom line and their power throughout the world and over the American people's way of life (called freedom or the Bill of Rights) ... and that, too, is nothing more than Bush GOP political.

Should it surprise anyone if voters have to show identification in the future according to the "churches" they belong to or if they are gay, or if they have ever had an abortion, or if they are an immigrant and of what ethnicity, or if they believe in walking around this country fully armed ... or, maybe it will have to do with what you are reading in the library? Bush doesn't read, which makes him a very competent leader for a party such as the GOP members who follow him, don'tcha think?

If a political party such as the Bush GOP think they can legislate who should be married and who should not ... why be surprised at whatever they choose to legislate to please their bigoted GOP voters? The Bush GOP have not stopped legislating since they took over power in DC in 2000, regardless of their crappiest low polls. They refused to warn Americans before 9/11 and then had the audacity to lie this country into a war, kill tens of thousands of people and are still in the White House. Everything after that would be consider bonuses to the Bush GOP ... wouldn't it? Criminals don't stop voluntarily, because deep down they don't really believe in crime ... it's all just political.

Despite his public support for the amendment, the NY Post Monday cited an unnamed friend of Bush who told Newsweek magazine that the the issue is nothing more than a Republican rallying cry for the president. "I think it was purely political. I don't think he gives a sh** about it. He never talks about this stuff." I guess The Decider has decided to lie yet again.

Americans ... it's not only Political, it's Personal!

You're damn right it's political and if it's a GOP political issue ... it will effect and change American lives in at least three ways ... debt, death, or destruction or all three and a whole lot more where that comes from. Bush's power is political, whether it comes from a paid-off Supreme Court, illegal elections, buying and selling off our Constitution ... it's not morals or a belief system about decency and democracy ... no, it's all political ... power any which way the Bush GOP can get it.

And, these political beliefs by Bush and his GOP have changed American lives drastically in just six years, and that makes it not only political, but it should also make it very personal to every American voter. If all Americans, other than those who vote and support this treasonous Bush regime, are considered as nothing more than slaves to this establishment ... well, that, too, to the Bush GOP, would only be political, and I hope every single voter remembers that fact when they go to the polls this year. You bet ... it's damn personal, and it's double dammed political.
