Shirley Smith: The Rewards of Power in Government ... Did Cheney Mention Them?

Cheney, addressing our graduates as if he has earned the right to tell American youth what it takes to be successful in America today. The only reason Cheney is not talking from behind bars is because of a completely corrupted Bush GOP government, and most of America knows this. It does send a message to our youth when such criminals are asked to speak as symbols of this country's leaders.

I've never been impressed by the leadership of the GOP, because their real leaders are usually a group of people that we never hear about. GOP candidates are chosen because they appeal to the public's ear or picture of a leader, such as actors, those in entertainment ... while the real group are behind the scenes. Reagan was an example of this, as well as the Bushes.

I assume Cheney failed to mention his failed company that now has reaped billions because of the company's "no bid" contracts, which should never have been allowed because of his position in US government. His company failed our troops and raided the US treasury, along with all of the other companies in Iraq and New Orleans that were affiliated with Cheney ... they were there because of the power in the Bush GOP government to pick and choose.

Bush never had a success at any business. He was on the board of businesses because of his name. He was dressed up and polished for the position in the White House, and it didn't matter whether he was voted in or not. That was the beginning of the knowledge that our country had been taken over by a cabal.

The only thing that the Bush GOP can boast about today, is their ability to stay out of jail and in the White House.

Just reading how McCain, Cheney, Rice, and why not Bush (he's another example of how to buy your way through school and into the White House) speaking to these graduates as if they have earned the right to be examples of success ... when the reality is that they are the examples of runaway, treasonous power of this country by the elite class, and will do anything for a buck, even lie and support a treasonous regime ... no standards whatsoever. It sounds as if our youth in these colleges are much smarter than the content in the speeches they had to listen to.

I'm surprised that the GOP aren't selling Self Help to Success tapes, telling how to become a success like Bush or Cheney ... the pillars of power in the US government or how to get into shape and march to that same drum beat, while learning to do the goose step to Right Wing Christian Coalition rock bands.
