When I first read about this scam on exchanging goods at stores, it reminded me of Seinfeld's George, when in a book store that wouldn't take back his book because he "contaminated" it and he decided to try to steal another book of the same price, and then bring it back to the store and get his money back for the original book.

My question is, why would someone do this ... a someone who makes good money working for the Bush GOP, and doesn't have to steal small, he can just keep helping the Bush GOP steal millions or billions, out of Iraq and the US treasury. (If only by just giving his support to this criminal regime, and it costs him nothing, while they [Bush GOP] also get away with murder -- government crimes seem to go unpunished in the US -- the bigger the crime, don't have to do the time.) There must be some kind of personal "thrill" to the smaller crime ... however, judging from Bush's barefaced, bandied boasts ... he seems thrilled all of the time.
