Cyclops the Private Eye ... And Monster in the White House Closet

MS. SMITH GOES TO WASHINGTON
by Shirley Smith

"The American people expect me to do everything in my power under our laws and Constitution to protect them,'' Bush said today in his weekly radio address. "That is exactly what I will continue to do.''

No, what the American people expect, but so far haven't received, is a president who respects the law of the Land (the US Constitution), and it is his job to protect those laws and see that they are upheld. It is not his job to spit on them or to think that because he sits in the oval office that he is above the law, and only US citizens have to obey them.

Then, the reason Bush gives for his breaking the law, is by telling the American people, what we are thinking ... is that the same as when Bush told Americans that his god told him to invade Iraq ... and, like a good little god-fearing fundamentalist ... he did, and killed tens of thousands of innocent people that included mostly children and over 2,000 Americans, with almost 15,000 wounded (if that is the correct total, and I doubt that it is). That kind of thinking belongs in therapy, not in the White House of a super power. They give therapy in jail don't they?

I remember when Nixon was impeached and everyone was worried about what it would do to the country ... well, evidently it didn't affect anyone in the GOP, because many of them voted to impeach Clinton for a personal sexual encounter, or in the Bush GOP administration, who has constantly baited US law ... will the lawful impeachment of the Bush GOP administration kill any more people? ... I don't think so, it would save lives, here in the US and around the world.

What is impeachment for, if it's not to put anyone out of office who is a traitor to that office? This fits George Bush and his whole administration since he was placed into the White House. He should have been impeached long before now.

He should have been impeached for allowing 911 to happen without even trying to stop it. He should have been impeached for lying the US into a war. He should have been impeached for the vengeful outing of a CIA agent who tracked terrorists ... just for starters.

For someone who tried to erase his own private life of drugs, drunks, and the details of his AWOL while in US military service when he was wanting to be given the highest job in a country that is considered to be a leader among leaders around the world ... and, without voters' consent, without the majority of the vote ... Bush was given that job anyway and given it by our Supreme Court who defied US law, and also knew all about Bush's terminal lack of qualifications for the job.

And, that lack of qualifications has been clear from the very beginning. Thieving, lying, cutting government programs, giving tax breaks to the elite, and causing an economy that is on the brink of disaster, trying to break the back of US government instead of being a government for the people, by the people. (Not unlike a kid that had been given his very own toy store.)

Bush has treated Americans, except those of his elite and Christian Coalition bases, as if we were all invisible, except when he chooses to spy on people.

That's what criminal minds do, isn't it? And, then they have the gall to question college students about what they are studying or reading, again, using terrorism as an excuse for tracking what Bush may consider as dissent of the Bush GOP, instead. This is not where the terrorists came from. None were American citizens. They were from Saudi Arabia, a country whose government officials and bin Laden's family are Bush's friends, but he chooses to spy on Americans as an excuse to fight terrorism ... explain that to Americans.

Due to the Bush GOP administration's disrespect for the US Constitution and government programs, except for those companies and churches who are supporters of the Bush GOP ... they have slashed and smashed until there is nothing left except debt, death, and destruction and people are afraid of what it would do to impeach George Bush? The whole Bush GOP administration needs to be impeached and imprisoned.

The American people have no idea of the dangerous secrets that are being held within this Bush GOP White House. Any US administration that is capable of lying this country into a war, is capable of anything of a treasonous nature. Even leaving us open for another terrorist attack. Who do they really work for? Themselves, that's who. None of our treaties have been signed. Americans have experienced the most abusive legislation in our history. Allies are angry, and the world hates Bush ... they see him for what he is, why can't Americans see him for what he is? A treasonous greedy fascist, who, along with his GOP administration and those who follow him, will continue to prey on Americans and people around the world through the misuse of their positions of power in the White House and in the US government.

If the American people don't insist that our laws be upheld, especially by those who represent us in government ... then who will? No one should worry about what impeachment would do to this country after what George Bush and his GOP administration have done to it. We will have hell to pay for years and years after Bush is out of DC.   Americans should not be afraid to wake up and smell the real Bush GOP administration.  Instead of Bush spying on Americans ... we are the ones who need to know what is going on in our own government.

Bush could have run his ranch, his own house, any which way he wanted to ... but not the American people's White House ... not the US Constitution. The Constitution really is law, and Bush and his GOP administration should be introduced to what happens to those who break that law when they represent US government as the Commander in Chief of US military, and President who resides in the White House. Or, maybe it would be more fair to punish Bush and his GOP administration by using their own rules?

Just a thought,
