| How Do We Bathe a Whole Nation? MS. SMITH GOES TO WASHINGTON This locks my jaw. Why? Because it's the same old story. The GOP convinces people (lie, cheat, and more lies) that they would be better off without Democrats and then they (Bush GOP) can't do the job, they just clean house, literally, taking everything that isn't nailed down home or giving government away to friends and family . . . and when the public finally wakes up, they (Bush GOP) pull in the Democrats and use them like a cheap perfume and the Democrats do the work and actually help put these marauders back into office. It's called bipartisanship or kissing up to those who will rob you, ruin your name, and send your kids off to die in an illegal war. Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger -- attempting to regain his political footing after a devastating special election defeat this month -- has begun a shakeup of his administration by replacing his chief of staff with a former state Democratic Party official and top adviser to former Gov. Gray Davis, Democratic and Republican sources said Tuesday. Governor taps Democratic ally as chief of staff / Shakeup after election loss I don't see this as being any different from what any other Bush GOP member would resort to doing to win an election . . . in fact, this latest tactic sounds like it came right out of a Bush GOP political book of dirty tricks . . . anything to win and after the win, brush those Dems off, and everything goes back to normal. The irony of using a top advisor of Gray Davis after the GOP framed Davis for the energy problems that were caused by the very people Schwarzenegger represents . . . the Bush GOP. (Just because Republicans who once supported the Bush GOP and act like they don't now, people don't quit the Bush GOP, especially when they put them into office.) They don't deserve any consideration from the public masses. None. Once, these people get into office, everything they touch quits working and turns into slime. How do we bathe a whole nation?
