Vote Fraud Determines Elections, not Voter Fraud - Florida and Ohio Again?

MS. SMITH GOES TO WASHINGTON
by Shirley Smith

Call me paranoid, cautious, suspicious, or someone with no trust at all when it comes to the Bush GOP and their followers . . .  but this ID thing in Arizona sounds like a GOP scheme to take the attention off of where the real fraud has been in US elections and it has been found in the counting of the votes along with other obstructions . . . and not by the voters, themselves. For one thing, most illegal immigrants probably speak very little English and even if they could pass as an American citizen with fluent English, I doubt they would want to bring attention to themselves by voting.

We have hundreds of thousands of Americans who could vote, but don't because they are turned off by American politics today . . . but, these people in Arizona think that the illegal immigrants give a good goddamn about US politics? I really, really don't think so. That's not going to be their biggest problem today.

Arizona is mostly represented by Republicans. Surprise, surprise. There is not a large enough number of voter errors that could throw an entire election . . . that happens only when we count those elections that were manipulated with missing ballot boxes, not enough voter machines, Diebold computers, and of course, the lists of voters that are manipulated by election officials, such as in the case of Florida's Katherine Harris. That is the fraud in elections . . . officials, machines, not the voters. Even after all of those attempts of fraud by election officials, not voters, Bush still didn't win any election. Has anyone bothered to inform the White House about this?

As always, more people will become victims under the Bush GOP elections. Their election Tuesday, should be counted as null and void because of these Americans not being able to vote. Why? Because it's not their fault and their right to vote should come before people's mistakes. The majority of fraud found in the last elections since 2000, was not because of the identification of voters . . . it was with the counting of the votes when the voters were voting or after they voted and the manipulation of the list of voters' names by election officials.

Proposition 200, which voters approved last year, requires Arizonans to prove U.S. citizenship to register to vote and to show a photo ID at the polls.

I feel sorry for the voters in Arizona, because they were just trying to have a fraud-free election and probably, I'm guessing, but I doubt when they voted for these IDs, that they understood the real ramifications of their voting . . . this is another manipulation that helps the Bush GOP. All GOP representatives who support Bush initiatives, are the Bush GOP and they use their tactics as working examples for elections. I still remember the days of the poll tax in many southern states.

We've always had unscrupulous characters across the US during all past elections, but never a whole Party of unscrupulous dishonest people, such as today . . .  at least I don't recall such criminality in the past by those who would do anything to win. Corrupting the very heart of a Democracy . . . the American citizen's vote. Winning at any cost has been what the Bush GOP and their followers have been all about . . . and, we, the American people are paying the high price of an illegal and treasonous war due to their election dishonesty.

Bait and switch, in order to make the public believe that something is being done about the election fraud and just like everything else in this Bush GOP government, looks are only skin deep, literally, exactly like FEMA; that kind of skin deep.

Gore had the majority of votes in the US, and, eventually, he won Florida, but that didn't help him or change back the outcome of the election, and I think it should have. It's the principle of the election that should have been upheld.

While people are checking the IDs to make sure a person can vote, the votes will be miscounted again. Until people are fined and do jail time (election officials) the fraud will probably continue . . . I don't think people change from being dishonest to honest unless the price they pay for dishonesty is too high to take the chance.

The real problem with the punishment of these people is that Americans would rather the criminals look like the pirates of old, but white-collar criminals will never change the way they dress. With some people, you have to get their attention first before they consider honesty as the best policy. Jail time and fines will do that. These are two great behavior modifiers.

Punishing for this type of fraud would save the American people much money in the future . . . look what has happened since the year 2000 . . . because of a fraudulent election. Death, debt, and destruction . . . and still, no accountability . . . all due to an election full of fraud and none of it was committed by the voters . . . only by those who represent the voters.
