NEA, School Districts Fight Education Law

My favorite part of
No Child Left Behind
Is how it leaves lots
Of schools in a bind.

Despite promises that
Are bright and sunny
The Bushies don’t want
To show them the money.

Teachers and principals
In short order found
That government cash
Is just not around.

The White House cites
This program’s swell aim
We should have guessed it's
Another shell game.
