Say It Ain't So, Alberto

Democrats now are wondering why
The Attorney General has yet to name
A suspect in the case involving
The outing of spy Valerie Plame.

Any reasonable observer has
Arrived at the point where he feels
That this is happening simply because
Mr. Gonzales is dragging his heels.

There's a simple way that Gonzales could
Take action and get the status quo back
And the only thing that he'd have to do
Is starting going after Robert Novak.

But don't hold your breath because that option
Is as likely to be happening soon
As is Tom DeLay's joining the cast
Of a production of “Brigadoon.”
