Captured in Afghanistan,
Conservatives saw no grey area:
“Lindh’s a traitor because he grew up
Liberal in The Bay Area!”

The BTK serial killer
Puts Republicans in the lurch:
Rader worked with the Cub Scouts
And was quite active in his church.

Here’s one way perhaps we can
Put this entire issue to rest:
Yes, there’s evil in the Mideast
As well as in the Midwest.
