RNC Head Bashes Senate Majority Leader For Getting Support from Gay Group

by Tony Peyser

If I were Ken Mehlman
I’d stay away
From issues involving
People who are gay
.

If into his closet
He’d let us all look
We’d see a rainbow flag
And a breakfast nook.

It’s not wrong to be gay
There’s no debate
(Some of my very
Best friends aren’t straight.)

But if you’re in the closet
And work late nights
Trying to deprive
Gays of their rights

That gives many folks
More than one qualm
And, as my wife says,
Makes you an Aunt Tom.

Republicans hate gays
So, it’s beyond me
Why they’d let one
Run the RNC.

Ken can call the shots
On a full-time basis
As long as he knows
Just where his place is.

Republicans know gays
Are nice to their Mothers
They just wouldn’t want one
To marry their brothers.
