Polling places
Is only on a
Need-to-know basis.

Voters are frisked
Driving’s not allowed
Insurgents looked for
In every crowd.

Reporters are imbedded
There are no scoops
On every corner
Are lots of troops.

The White House says
Things went so great
This is how we’ll vote
In 2008.
