Government Auditor Wants Millions Cut from Halliburton Deals

Cheney's pals got billions
In Iraq War contract bids
But many of these top execs
Are just rich guys who have kids.

Should their children suffer and
Endure a Christmas bummer
Because some jealous bean counter
Never had a place to summer?

In one hand of Lady Liberty
You can see a torch in it
Open up your eyes and heart
To those who are more fortunate.

Wealthy folks are hurting too
All investments don't pay off
Which is why their staffs at home
Face a pay cut or a lay off.

Each and every December
We hear all about the needy
Let's try extra hard this year
Not to ignore the greedy.
