Point Blankley
by Tony Peyser
On the last episode of The McLaughlin Group
I heard these U.S. facts on the war
Wounded and psychologically disabled?
It's 27,000 or more.
Regular pundit Tony Blankley's known
For his anti-Democratic rage
He used to be a shill for Newt
And now edits an op-ed page.
A coy Blankly asked, "What does
Psychologically disabled mean?"
John McLaughlin looked at him
As angry as I have ever seen.
"What do you think it means?" McLaughlin shot back
The host left no room to wriggle.
"We may all be psychologically disabled,"
Blankley said ... and then he began to giggle.
Republicans don't send their kids to fight
Be shot at and endlessly battled
A top one now makes fun of those
Who've come home emotionally rattled.
If a casually cruel remark like this
Gives you the proverbial qualm
Feel free to drop him a note at
