Subject: Bush is out of tune
The picture of Dubya with his axe is pretty small on my computer screen, but (assuming the guitar is standard tuning) it would appear that he is playing a chord of G#, A, F, G, B , and either another G# or A on the high E string.
It is hard to think of a harmonic context in which this combination wouldn't sound hideous. He may have been trying for an E minor chord with G in the bass, but he slid his left hand up one fret too far.
His right hand is held stiff and flat against the strings, completely unprepared to play.
In short, he looks to be as incompetent at playing the guitar as he is at everything else.
Subject: Not every Bush child is eligible
Just wanted to let you know, Noelle Bush, oldest daughter of Jeb, is not eligible for military service. She was convicted of drug related offenses in Florida several years ago and had to go through rehab at a facility in Orlando, Florida where she was accused of having crack cocaine in her shoe. She got off on that one by a technicality that now will prevent any information of drug possession by a person ordered to attend drug rehab as part of the sentence will not be permitted to be used against them in a violation of probation hearing due to federal privacy regulations that prevent disclosure of information from drug treatment.
Jeb's other kids have been in trouble but no felonies.

Subject: Canceled vacation, whoop-de-doo
Bush has "canceled" his vacation to return to Washington Wednesday to focus on post-Katrina relief. Big whoop. He was scheduled to go back Friday anyway. And it's not like the predictions for Katrina weren't pretty dire and certain on Sunday, let alone realized by Monday and Tuesday. Oh, that George, he's so Johnny-on-the-spot. Of course, his constantly churning PR machine spins it to look like he's enduring some kind of hardship giving up the last two days of his friggin' five-week vacation. Please.

Subject: Send in the National Guard... from Iraq
After watching the devastation in New Orleans, I think it is time Dubya sends 75,000 National Guard troops from Iraq to help his fellow Bubbas in Louisiana and Mississippi where they DO belong. The 7500 troops he has sent are not enough to help and stop the looting. It looks like Hiroshima.
Subject: Divide and Conquer
Out there in the budget. They're about to put the squeeze on Medicare and the other so-called entitlements. It's going to be "children need help too, geezers, so stop being so god damn selfish." Initially they'll use the slow squeeze — 'Money's tight. The war, you know. Everybody's got to share the burden, so from now on you'll be paying for your own transportation."
Next it'll be "so sorry, but you're totally non-productive - Health care denied!" At the same time, the parents of our little ones on the front side of life will be getting the same BS, except it'll be vice-versa - "Stop complaining about these cuts, parent(s). There are geezers out there who would be only too happy to get back even a tiny portion of what we just stole from them to give to you."
Back and forth the powers-that-be will go, playing the young against the old (race against race, women against men, etc. etc.) until finally they'll be issuing their official "sorry, we wish we could help you. It's the war, you know. Besides, you're a failure as a human being and for that you have only yourself to blame because you didn't have what it takes." How to prevent the above scenarios from happening We the people change the world, that's how and the sooner the better for all who care.

Subject: A chemical disaster, no?
Nowhere on the news have I heard a single word about the big chemical plants that line a part of the Mississippi Delta known as "cancer alley", and whether they have been damaged or destroyed. No wonder they pushed for secrecy in the Patriot Act about environmental disclosures... I imagine they had a scenario like this in mind when they told the Bushies what they wanted.
Subject: Dear Biden, SHUT UP!
Honorable Senator Biden:
Shut up!!!! Please, shut up!!!! Are you really running for president or are you this administration's wingman. If you are not, they could not have paid for a better one. Here we have an administration sending young men to their death for no reason, the world is seeing it aghast, and finally so is the American electorate, and what do they need more than anything else? Correct, cover from the opposition party. Is this part of the payback for the MBNA bankruptcy bill? Please Joe, go back with that other Joe and join the Repuglicans. People like you we don't need.
We are tired of losers and people that will not fight for our causes.
Thanks for your service Joe. You are fired!!!

This story needs to be "front paged" in a big way! It's a comprehensive overview of the Bush administration cuts to the New Orleans's levee reinforcement projects of the last two years. Virtually all funding was cut & transferred to Iraq & Department of Homeland Security.
Subject: Americans aren’t running to the Democrats
A recent Post-ABC poll said that Americans are unhappy with Congress and democrats particularly due to the horrendous job they are doing and their lack of holding bush accountable.
Some demos giving lip service said they are angry at bush to a tune of 46%. Too little too late. Their rubber-stamping of his despicable policies is beginning to backfire on them and they are jumping ship like the proverbial rat.
Subject: A book to read
One of the items you have for sale is the book 'War is a Racket.’ I would advise everyone to buy the book. Not only it helps you but also is an interesting read about a great man. I am adding a couple of sentences from my blog under an article 'making cons head explode'.
In 1934 Irenee du Pont and William Knudsen, the president of General Motors along with friends of the Morgan Bank and General Motors backed a plot to overthrow FDR. They provided three million in funding for an army of terrorists that was modeled after the French fascist group, Croix de Feu. The objective of the plot was to either force Roosevelt to take orders from this group of industrialists as part of a fascist style government or to execute him if he chose not to cooperate. The plotters selected General Smedley Butler to head the plot, a WWI hero. Unbeknown to the plotters however, Butler was a man of honor and believed in the constitution and democracy and informed Roosevelt of the plot.
I have heard no comments from the international community about the devastation wreaked by Hurricane Katrina other than the comments by the German newspaper, Der Speigel, that we are being taught a lesson because of Bush's actions concerning global warming. Even so, shouldn't there be some words of comfort, kindness, or sympathy from other nations, or maybe even offers of assistance?
But then, why should there be, after the way Bush handled the tsunami disaster and, in our name, has thumbed his nose at and bullied other countries? Sadly, this is what America has become... a nation that is despised around the world. The only thing we'll get in our time of trouble will be turned backs and deafening silence.
Just watching the news from flooded Switzerland, and the scene from New Orleans is unbelievable. Knowing that it also was partly preventable, and that now the Pentagon wants to send help while the National Guard is stuck in Iraq…WTF America! But I'm sick of hearing this, because that's what everyone has been saying for a long time. But it seems that the Democrat's aren't the answer. Why don't some individuals just take action, à la Cindy Sheehan.
Can the governor of Louisiana call back the Louisiana National Guard from Iraq because of this disaster? State's rights seems to be something that W even supports, so how can he argue against this proposition. I'm sure the Iraqi citizens would give us flowers when we leave, and maybe pay for the gas. By the way, please don't be naive and believe the noble cause was oil; it has always been to build permanent military bases in Iraq. Oh, by the way, after 800+ deaths in Iraq because the Americans blocked the surrounding streets, I think the Iraqis might not have enough flowers to throw after the Americans as they leave.
Can't individual communities or governments stop individuals filling up horrendous Humvees, SUV's, etc? We had gas rationing during times of war, during natural catastrophes, during gas crises? We hit the Trifecta! What governor or mayor will stand up and expose the stupidity of these idiots. You won't have too much gas for a while, wake up and act like world citizens.
