Subject: Florida Affidavit: CAUTION
Dear Buzzers,
Please be cautious with the Florida Affidavit that came out today. If
you inspect the PDF file posted here:
http://mparent7777.blog-city.com/read/945375.htm
The first three pages are CLEARLY not the same document as the signature
page. this looks fishy. Could be another Karl Rovian trick to throw
people off the fact that the vote really was rigged. This looks extremely
suspect, right up Rove's alley.
They DISPROVE this affidavit's legitimacy, and voila, the rigged-vote
story is a conspiracy theory!
Tread softly.

Subject: On Maureen
Farrell's editorial
Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I'm writing from Berlin, Germany where I've been living and teaching
for nearly 25 years after leaving Northern California to launch a musical
career here. The issue of the Bush administration's propaganda being
so similar to Hitler's has deeply bothered me since their 2000 campaign
- and I know the Germans sense it profoundly as well. They won't talk
about it up front often, but if you ask them, they'll acknowledge the
connection.
One night many months back I was at my local pub (kneipe) chatting with
a friendly older gentleman who seemed well acquainted with the owners
I've long trusted, so I felt comfortable talking politics with him.
The subject of Bush propaganda came up and I think I was the first to
make a comment that I found it similar to the Nazis. The man replied
"I know it's the same because I was one of them. I was a Nazi officer."
I can never forget that chilling moment. We didn't talk much longer.
I was a bit aghast but had more questions. He said he needed to leave
and I never saw him again. Still, when I talk to my German friends,
I know they're afraid in the same way I am - and feel helpless at the
same time. Mostly we discuss how Americans have no knowledge of the
real history of the Nazi uprising and what the German people were really
like - how long it took - how brainwashed they were from schooling onward
- and yet the Volk were good people at heart in so many ways. I know.
I've met many of them. And it's quite easy to note they will never,
never let anything like the Holocaust happen again. They are always
well read of government doings, skeptical and ready to rebel if laws
go too far to the right. This national awareness of the need to be citizen
watchdogs includes most conservative party members as well.
I'm quite sure that the Americans living in Germany share very similar
experiences as I've had with Germans and a majority of us supported
Kerry, though no official statistics will ever be available because
of how absentee ballots are counted. Still, the mutual understanding
silently remains. 90% of Berliners opposed the Iraq War, according to
a local newspaper here. As politically "incorrect" as it is
to address this taboo topic, I am very grateful to Maureen Farrell for
eloquently putting it on the table. Until the similarities are seriously
confronted, acknowledged and spread around by brave patriots, they will
remain buried in a dangerous state within the collective unconscious.

Subject: Taking On The Mounties . . .
BuzzFlash,
I had a great laugh while reading your contributor who says he is checking
into his background to see if he has any "Ukrainian blood."
As he also points out that Canada does still vote with paper ballots.
After three elections fraught with obvious fraud, we should have outsiders
control our elections . . . how could anyone ever trust an administration
who lied this Country into an invasion of Iraq and are still walking
around free . . . they are capable of anything . . . anything dishonest
that is.
I'll vote to have Canada take charge of this Country's elections and
maybe if they would consider "buying" a very large piece of
real estate, consisting of properties in the Pacific Ocean, too, well,
I can only hope. Some have sold their soul to the devil, I'd rather
sell this Country to Canada. :) Maybe it's the cold weather that keeps
them sane.
The benefits of such a sale are tenfold; we pay off Bush's debts that
will cost all of us and the next five generations . . . send Bush back
to his roots, along with his administration, the Christian Right Wing
and maybe some members of Congress to live with Blair and the Queen
in England and we will have free elections, free healthcare, cheaper
medicine, and a lot less killing and less headaches . . . those are
just the start of all things positive with such a sale. The possibilities
are without limits.
Just a thought . . .
Thanks BuzzFlash,

Subject: Kerry's Daily Mantra -'Iraq and Terrorism Are Not Linked'
Forget morals, economy, health care, education, taxes etc. Bush
won (stole) the election because he linked Terrorism with Iraq.
It was the one key issue Kerry had to unlink. Kerry needed to
begin each day with the statement 'Iraq and Terrorism are not
linked.' Repeat it every day up until the election. That's what
Bush and his right wing cronies did until the
lie penetrated most Americans.

Subject: Why are you surprised? Reid is a Mormon, anti abortion
& a "negotiator"
WHEN are people going to begin realizing that the Democrats are
not going to be the opposition, their strategy is to become the
other Republicans? Leahy says yes to Gonzales right off the bat,
they vote for all the bills placed in front of them...the concept
of a third party may be new and unusual for Americans, but for
those who REALLY want a choice, there is no alternative to another
alternative.

Subject: Social Security
Hey Buzz,
Here we go again, compadre. The hysteria inside the beltway is
palpable, if not unpredictable. If we are to believe the cackling
cacophony of the Chicken Little Chatter Class, the Social Security
system is yet again on the verge of utter collapse. The Republicans
are trottin' out this mangy, tired old wolf hound for one more
glorious campaign - but will it hunt? Or have they finally cried
"wolf" one too many times? We can only wait, with bated
breath.
Word has it that those in the know say that the system in question
will be solvent at least through the year 2055. Which begs the
further question; Are the Republicans trying to create a false
sense of "crisis" in the minds of the American people?
That is to say, are they just tryin' to "scare" us?
But, why would they want to do such a craven thing, you ask, naively?
Well, I'll tell you why, compadre. If they can create the false
perception that a "crisis" exists, then this gives them
the pretext to go after Social Security - but under the radar
- so as to make the "needed changes" in order to "save"
the system. When, in reality, what they really want now is what
they have always wanted, going way back to the very inception
of the program; i.e., the total annihilation of Social Security,
a.k.a., the "nucyooler" option.
These wolves in sheep's clothing don't want to save Social Security.
They have never harbored anything but the most thinly disguised,
visceral disdain and antipathy for the program. Still, at the
same time, they are cunning enough to realize that, as much as
they might like to, they really can't go "nucyooler"
in this case. Yes, even if they were to succeed in creating their
false perception of "crisis," they know that they will
have to go slow in this matter, that they will have to be patient.
In other words, they will have to defer their ghoulish gratification.
Ergo, their new goal becomes the destruction of Social Security
- but destruction by attrition, or death by a thousand cuts; i.e.,
they will chip away relentlessly at it until there is nothing
left and their ultimate goal of total elimination is realized.
And, once again, they reason that if they can convince the American
people that a true "crisis" exists, then this deception
will provide the cover they need to get their foot in the door
so that they can then begin their insidious dirty work. Which
is why it is imperative that we slam the door in their faces right
now to assure that their true goal has no chance in Hell of ever
even getting off the ground.

Subject: Zogby Poll: Level of Public Support for Investigation
of Vote Fraud
For those who have been wondering about the extent of public support
for looking further and deeper into the vagaries of Election 2004,
I offer the following from a Zogby national survey taken recently
(12/1/04 - 12/3/04)*:
Asked of all likely voter respondents: "Concerns have been
expressed by some observers of the election that problems with
counting the votes may have affected the results and deserve further
investigation. Do you think these concerns are...?"
Very valid (28.5%), Somewhat valid (14.0%), Mostly invalid (24.2%),
Not at all valid (31.2%), Not sure (2.2%).
What's significant about this is that in spite of the media lock
down/disparagement of the concerns, a very substantial portion
of Americans strongly want further investigation and do not believe
that the answers to date have been satisfactory. Certainly 42.5%
backing takes this well out of the realm of "wild-eyed conspiracy
theory" which the media has thus far painted it into.
Further, among Democratic voters the numbers are: Very valid
(59.8%), Somewhat valid (21.8%), for a total of 82% willingness
to support ongoing investigations such as the Conyers hearing.
This support stands only to increase as more evidence emerges
of wrongdoing.
"These results were taken from a Zogby Interactive survey,
and were part of a larger poll on politics and policy. The questions
were independently produced by Zogby International and were not
commissioned by any individual or organization." This note
must be included with any forwarding or other publication of the
above-cited results.

It doesn't surprise me that Reid supports Scalia, as he is a
Mormon. (As is Nevada's other senator, John Ensign.) It is a
known fact that Mormons are 99% right wing Republicans and Reid
would not have a chance of getting reelected in the ultraconservative
state of Nevada without the Mormon vote. Most of the Mormon's
philosophies dovetail with Scalia's conservative Catholic agenda.

First....RB...thanks so much for the "funnies"...I
try so much to make each of these
shows every night...but somehow miss. I needed it, today!
And, to Elizabeth....mostly I noticed that Tommy Thompson was
almost advising the terrorists (workers for Bush) about how
to poison our food...what a dimwit...It was
just like he was trying to tell them how to do it... "It
would be so easy," he said....like
call me up and we can do a deal! What a world we live in!!!
And, if anyone wants proof that lies stay where they are supposed
to...just check out the story about Pat Tillman...wasn't that
a good one??? A professional football player, giving up that
huge salary to go and serve his country....we all believed it...why
not? Trouble is...no enemy killed Pat Tillman...his own unit
killed him...young rangers that did not know how to use a gun
yet...and saw movement and shot it!!!
I have watched these "little boys" fresh out of high
school...the adrenalin rush...the words, "Oh, yeah, I just
cannot wait to get over there and kill someone." Actual
words I heard as they were shipping out...and they did not cut
it. These men are given a license to kill....and they do not
even realize that if the bullet hits you.....you are dead!!!
And, sorry, but, when you lose someone like that...the fact
that they keep saying they died a hero...is crap...bullshit...it
grows dim after a while!! In the first place...the heroes are
the men in blue that patrol our streets and get killed by the
drug dealer...or by the thief who just stole a car..has no license...no
insurance, nothing!! The First Responders who come when an accident
happens on the highway, and give first aid....those are heroes,
when they die in the line!!!
People who go to places like Vietnam and Iraq...are fighting
a war for the man...the man who wants the money that that war
provides...it happened in Vietnam...and it is worse in Iraq.
We believed that Afghanistan bombed the trade towers...so those
men, until that has been also proven a lie...will be heroes.
But, even when they have the military funerals...and the flag
is folded and they give it to the wife or the mother (as in
our case)...they usually make some comment about your loved
one dying as a hero...fighting for his country. Not true! Only
the people who have defended this country after being attacked...are
heroes.
My brother was ignorant of it until he got there...and besides
that...he was drafted, he was one of the poor. These men today...are
getting wise.
Today...there is the story of a suit being filed against Don
Rumsfeld and the Pentagon, about the stop loss...re enter of
8 soldiers...they are going to fight it...and I hope they win.
When they start sending 55 year olds back (i know one who is
training right now...and will go to Iraq to fight)...then we
need to start sending all the young men of congressmen and senators...and
anyone in the Cabinet...all...every one of them needs to know
what it feels like to have a child in that war!
I have also sent a letter to a democratic organization today...asking
me for money. I am a democrat...I will vote for whomever gets
the nod in 2008...but, until they make
some rules about an equal amount of democrats and republicans
being in the polling
places...and paper trails for all voting machines...I will never
donate to another candidate. I did the entire thing this
time...and then the wussy dems...sit back and act like they
are all in on the fraud...I am sick of this country right now...I
have never seen it like this!
But, I still laughed at RB's one liners from the late night
shows...again, thanks!!!

Could Have Predicted: THE PENTAGON PROPAGANDA MACHINE - Pattern
of Deception (Posted at blogspot.com)
The original story told about the circumstances surrounding
Pat Tillman's death were apparently "embellished"
if by embellished you mean made up. Now it turns out he was
shot by his own troops, probably not on purpose.
The original story about Jessica Lynch's capture where she was
portrayed as sort of a female Rambo, was apparently "embellished"
if by embellished you mean fabricated. She says she never fired
a shot.
The story about Jessica Lynch's subsequent rescue was apparently
"staged" if by staged you mean scripted.
The story about the toppling of Saddam's statue was apparently
"staged" if by staged you mean scripted.
Tillman received the Silver Star and Lynch received the Bronze
Star. I noticed the Pentagon went back to check on John Kerry's
Silver Star, but one has to wonder what sort of fact-checking
do they do before they hand out these medals these days. They're
supposed to mean something, not be given out as some sort of
public relations scheme to make us feel good about what's going
on in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Subject: Going, Going, Gone . . . or Have We Missed the Boat?
BuzzFlash,
Regarding the editorial
of Coleman going after Annan for Bush, a state that knows
the U.N. Secretary General Kofi Annan. This is so Bush and Rove
and also we have to see Bush sticking his schnozzola in the
vote process in Ukraine, which to me, makes him look like the
pirate that he is, because people around the world have read
plenty on the Internet about Florida and now Ohio and to me,
anywhere we find a paperless computer, only Republicans might
know how many other states there are where our votes should
be in question . . . and all the while, nobody is going after
Bush . . . the one who lied us into a war and is responsible
for over 100,000 deaths . . .
No one is going after the members of this administration or
Republicans in office before this administration who armed Hussein
(their blowback) . . . no one is going after this administration
for the no-bid contracts given to Halliburton and the sucking
of American money down the drain for the largest and still growing
debt in the History of the US, while our military goes without
proper equipment and proper food, which has also cost lives.
Bush is going after Annan and the Ukraine vote, but not going
after bin Laden, the Anthrax killer, and then the question of
the leaks . . . the leaks of a CIA agent . . . all of these
do not matter to Bush. Only those who piss Bush off get his
attention. It has nothing to do with treason against this Country
or what is "morally right or wrong," only if they
piss Bush off. Saddam pissed Bush off. Afghanistan pissed Bush
off before 911.
Has the world been turned upside down and bounced on its head
. . . well if it hasn't, how do we explain the "black eye
with the patch," over the US and the knife held in the
teeth of our Democracy? Do we not have any representatives in
DC that care about any of these crimes against Americans and
the outward, obsessive control of power and raw revenge shown
against anyone who has had the intestinal fortitude to stand
up against the criminal activity by the White House Block of
Bush Bullies who have been tyrannizing and browbeating all of
the good guys (our real allies) in the world for the past four
years and also invaded a Country based on lies? When does Bush
have to be held accountable for his actions?
I am still waiting. I have said before, they can't put the kibosh
on all of the members of Congress if they stand up together.
I don't expect anything from any Republican in Congress until
Bush is on his way out or made to pay for his crimes. Then they
will all step up to the front, when Bush finally becomes a liability
instead of an asset. At times like these, I always think about
Senator Wellstone and I know that if he were here today, he
would be making all kinds of noise and people would have to
take notice. What a loss to the Democrats and the world.
And, finally, with all of the food for poor drives, cuts to
the military fighting men and women and their families and their
healthcare, the cuts in jobs, the homeless, the cuts across
our nation in environmental programs, the cuts in education,
the cuts in health . . . they vote to give Bush, a liar and
a killer of 100,000 people. . . a 2 million dollar floating
palace. How does that look to the world, you people who love
to spout so proudly about your morals? When I heard of this
yacht, my first thought was of Saddam Hussein's palaces in the
sand that he bought for himself while 94 percent of his people
were on state welfare. But, I guess since Bush can't walk on
water, he will float in his palace upon the waves. I have always
felt that Bush and Saddam have a lot in common.
How can anyone ever consider voting for this type of greed and
excess? People who aren't making it from paycheck to paycheck
voted for these morals? Check out all of the leaders of the
Right Wing Morality and see how they live. They live as high
on the mountain top as Bush and all are looking down at the
nameless, faceless, citizens of America, (and laughing) even
as they come home in flag-draped caskets, and you will hear
nothing until it's time for them to be reelected or until they
are opposed for their "goods and deeds."
I guess the "floating palace" didn't get much coverage
in the papers, but the peeking into everyone's taxes did . .
. and I kinda, sorta, wondered about that, because, well, .
. . maybe that is why they put the tax thing in there to take
the attention away from Bush's Big Float Boat. Ohio isn't getting
any coverage in the papers. Deaths everyday in Iraq are not
getting any coverage in the papers or TV news. I'm talking about
the Big Boys, not the small papers.
Any derogatory news about Bush will be one day in the news,
the next day gone. If the public misses reading the paper that
day . . . they never hear about it. Don't even think about it
making the TV news. If it does, it won't be recognized after
being editorialized for the feeding to the public. We never
have to worry about the American public being "overly informed
or overly educated" in Bush America . . . I wait for the
day that the Bush Administration will be going, going, gone
and Bush can just float away . . . but I worry more about what
will be left of the US when that day comes.
Thanks BuzzFlash,
Shirley Smith
PS: I also wonder if Bush and his knowledge of the lack of
money towards Homeland Security and terrorism, makes him think
he needs to be out of the country on his floating palace when
the next hit comes in the US. Just a thought. But, I would bet
on it.
Subject: Oh, The Irony of It All
Dear BuzzFlash Supporters:
Greetings from the Christian Liberal. And I am going to make
it a Merry greeting, even if I have to force myself, LOL.
Been thinking about a number of things, really. It's difficult
to be encouraged in light of everything that's happened since
November 2nd. However, I found something to be very interesting,
and it should be of interest to you as well.
In today's issue of AlterNet, there is a call for us who want
fair and accurate reporting in our media, to take on Fox (Faux)
Network News, because they are basically "cheerleaders
for the Bush Administration." The article went on to state
how the network gleefully framed John Kerry as a "flip-flopper"
and if you have watched the documentary "Outfoxed,"
the documentary alone should be worth taking on this media conglomerate.
But in the midst of it all, I think we all have overlooked one
important thing.
Since we are so gung-ho to demonstrate our "patriotism,"
why hasn't anyone called Rupert Murdoch on the fact that he's
not, as Bruce Springsteen would sing, "BORN IN THE USA"?
My understanding is that Mr. Murdoch is either Australian or
British - I'm not sure which, and I'm not hating on anyone not
American-born. But surely, one who is practically controlling
our government through our media; why isn't anyone questioning
him about his patriotism? Better yet, his citizenship, which
gives him the right to control our government
through his media conglomerate?
The bottom line is: WE CAN'T, because he's not an American-born
citizen.
How did we let this happen? Well, nothing surprises me anymore,
considering that the 5th largest economy in the world (the State
of California) has a CEO who's the son of a Nazi officer. In
case it escaped your notice, the thug Senator Orrin Hatch, of
Utah, is pushing for an Amendment to the Constitution to allow
Ah-nold to run for President of the
United States. Yes, they also throw in Michigan Governor Jennifer
Granholm, or Rep. Tom Lantos (holocaust survivor) to make it
look good, when making their pitch to Americans.
But don't drink the Kool-Aid on this one. The very Nazis my
father, and possibly your father or grandfather, fought to defend
this country in WWII, being allowed to govern the
United States of America. Of course, there's not really any
difference with GeeDubya getting a second term, is there? But,
the Irony of it All...
Yet, I digress. I just wanted to point out that if Fox Network
News appears to be Un-American, that's because they don't have
an American running things! How can we expect Mr. Murdoch to
be "fair and balanced" if he couldn't achieve this
type of media monopoly in his own country, but he's achieved
it in America! Why did he have to come here? And who
allowed his ability to create this monopoly on network news?
People on the street have a saying: "Money talks and BS
walks." When you see the FCC roll over and play dead on
some issues that are more offensive than Janet Jackson's wardrobe
malfunction, or Terrell Owens' and Nicollette Sheridan's locker
room scene, yet on those two issues they get their shorts in
a bunch, what does that tell you?
If we are going to take on the beast, we must know what the
beast looks like. It doesn't look like Hannity or Colmes, Bill
O'Reilly or Rush Limbaugh (even though in their own skin, they
are beastly in and of themselves). The beast always stays hidden...IN
PLAIN SIGHT.
And the irony of it all, our Congress allowed it to happen.
For a few dollars, and a few dollars more. If the Republithugs
have demonstrated anything, they have shown us that a Congressman's
paycheck is worth more to him than fighting for democratic principles;
that for the right price, any well-educated, well-respected
member of the United States Government can be bought and paid
for to sing in a gilded cage as a high-price whore,
willing to sell out their own souls for the almighty filthy
lucre. Oh, the Irony of it all!
Until next time, stay focused, take charge, take care and God
Bless you!

Subject: Brad Blog Article Helpful for Password Hypothesis
Thank you for the Brad Blog article on potential voter machine
fraud. I do not know if it is true or not, but it certainly
helped me to see how electronic counting could be manipulated.
I had rejected the idea that electronic voting involved fraud
because I had assumed it would involve hundreds of people at
the district and precinct level. Most of the Republicans I know
are honest people. Any scenario that relies on people hacking
into computers at a local level has to be rejected.
However, we still have to account for apparent discrepancies
in the exit polls. Long lines may have discouraged some voters,
but it would not explain the exit polls, as these people already
voted. If we eliminate the idea of massive numbers of people
involved in hacking the machines or exit pollers picking mainly
democrats to interview after the election, only one scenario
becomes plausible for me. I do not know the technical term for
it, but I call it simply "Password Switching."
In other words, to retrieve information on the voting machines,
I assume you have to enter a password for each machine. I assume
machines can be easily coded so that when one password is put
in, the correct totals come out, however when another password
is put in, incorrect totals come out. For example, let us assume
Kerry gets 54% of the vote on a machine and Bush gets 45% and
Nader gets 1%. If I put in an ordinary password this result
appears. If I put in a password with a letter "B"
the vote totals are reversed and Bush gets 54%, Kerry 45, and
Nader gets 1%. If I put in a password with a letter "N."
Nader gets 54%, Bush gets 45% and Kerry gets 1%. (In actuality,
the switching passwords would involve some complicated and hard
to detect mathematical formula rather than simple letters)
Using Password Switching, no district level worker ever knows
that they are changing the vote. The only people who know are
the people who create the passwords for the machines. Naturally,
this would be restricted to a few people who work for the machine
manufacturers for security purposes. One would not need more
than a dozen people to be able to control millions of votes
using this method. You would just need one team of half a dozen
specially selected people to put in the code and to get out
the correct/incorrect passwords to the machine operators in
all the states and another team of half a dozen specially selected
people to select the districts where you would want the vote
changed. This system makes it irrelevant whether a democrat,
republican or other operator puts in the password. The fix is
in the password itself.
This hypothesis has the added benefit of explaining what went
wrong in certain districts in Florida in 1990, where third and
fourth party candidates got an amazing number of votes. We may
assume that the wrong passwords were put into the machines,
causing all kinds of undesired vote switches.
If I owned a company making election machine equipment and I
wanted to influence and control elections, this would be the
method I would use. It is simple and virtually undetectible.
I could put it into play at any time on a single machine, a
district, a state or even a whole nation.

Subject: Democratic Youngstown Mayor endorses Bush, E-Voting
machines go berserk
Mahoning County is the County containing Youngstown. Heavily
Democratic. Real Democrats crushed by the Bush recession. A
Key Kerry County. The E-voting machines screwed up all day.
Gee, How bout that? I wonder what hizzoner will receive in return
for allowing Bushmen to destroy Democracy in Youngstown?
