Thanks for telling Neil Cavuto on FOX News that you felt better after you told mild-mannered Vermont Democratic Senator Pat Leahy, "Go F*** Yourself."
How you liberated us from so many things:
- From the FCC, which is fining radio personalities who use such words on the air.
- From the prudish concerns of Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist, who now says it's fine with him for you to use such language.
- From your right wing religious Salem Witch trial supporters who believe words like the ones you spoke only come from the mouths of Satanic Democrats.
You said those words to Leahy because, you claim, the honorable senator had attacked your integrity about the sweetheart, profiteering Halliburton contracts that have been linked to your office.
About this hurtful feeling you have, we are, however, a bit surprised. How can you object to Leahy's questions about your integrity when you have none?
Well, nonetheless, although you are the puppeteer for an administration that claims it is the "liberal elite" who are vulgarizing our society, you have no regrets, you said later on television, about your four-letter outburst.
You told Cavuto, "I think that a lot of my colleagues felt that what I had said badly needed to be said, that it was long overdue." [FOX News]
So Mr. Vice-President, Thank you for liberating us from trying to be the role models for our children that Republicans always claim that they are.
Thank you for allowing us to say with impunity, "Go F*** Yourself, Dick."
