If
a country was pounding the war drums and threatening annihilation, what
would you do? Don't you think defensive action would be called for? Somehow
the arrogance and threats coming from this White House do not give other
countries a feeling of security. Threatening annihilation with nuclear
weapons is not the way to make friends and influence people. When you
back a rat into a corner he will come out fighting. What happened to the
age old adage "you can catch more flies with honey"? This bunch
of lunatics in Washington have blown the economy, wasted the environment,
ignored domestic issues, alienated friends and allies, and now it looks
like they intend to literally blow up the world. Don't tell me the Repuglicans
are better at war! The only thing they seem to be good at is MAKING WAR!

For
someone who expresses such a dislike for Washington, Dumbya certainly
did everything he could to get there! He spent more money than anyone
ever did. He stole the election so that he could put his butt in the Oval
Office. Amazing isn't it? Someone who condemns the very place he wants
to be, yet becomes another insider playing politics as usual! Washington
no longer belongs to the people, it belongs to the Bush Family and their
court!

Methinks
Repuglicans doth protest too much! Their jealousy of Jimmy Carter is showing!
They don't have anyone who can match the stature, courage, intelligence,
humility, determination, ethics, values, and ideals of President Carter.
The Repuglican's claim to fame are men like Richard Nixon (we all know
what he did), Poindexter (lied to Congress), Trent Lott (racist bigot),
and Bush #2 (a moron), to name a few. No wonder they're talking about
Jimmy Carter, they have no one in their party worth talking about!

Cheers
to Janeane Garofalo, she made a bold statement on CNN to Connie Chung.
Ms. Garofalo said mainstream media was underreporting the numbers of people
who were turning out for protests against a preemptive war with Iraq.
She spoke out as a Patriotic American with questions regarding preemptive
strikes and war in which innocent people die. Mainstream media was called
on the line for valuing ratings vs. truth and promoting a Bush war with
Iraq. Thank you Janeane.

Well
folks, toupee-for-brains Trent is "whining" again -- "he
really didn't mean what he said, he didn't mean to use those insensitive
words"! Excuse me, but if you pay close attention to the clip that
shows his "speech" at Strom's birthday party, you will see that
he looks down at notes. I believe his "speech" was scripted,
which means he certainly planned those words. Trent Lott is a bigot, he
should not be a leader of the United States Senate. He should resign!
The world would be a better place!

While
I believe in diplomacy and getting along, I firmly believe it does not
bode well to adopt and proceed with the agenda set forth by the opposition.
The Democrats sorely need to be aware the Repuglicans do not have the
needs of the people of America at heart. The Repuglicans are only interested
in how much, how soon, and how best to gouge the American people. Theirs
is self interest in monetary gains for an elitist few. We need a spokesman
who is not afraid of the Bush regime who will fight for the rights of
the American people.

Charity
begins at home, my grandmother used to tell me! I cannot fathom all the
taxpayer money being spent to bribe governments in foreign lands -- who,
at best, are fair weather friends -- in order to fight a war against a
nation that has been contained for 10 or 11 years. This administration
is ignoring the plight of jobless and hungry American citizens, many of
whom are jobless and hungry because of the Bush administration's economic
plan (or, rather, lack thereof). Millions of Americans are being left
behind so that Georgie can avenge Poppy. He is using our money to attain
his selfish goal. Domestic issues are not a priority for this self-centered,
spoiled son of a father who screwed us before.

"You
can take the girl away from FOX, but you can't take the FOX away from
the girl," certainly applies to Paula Zahn. Her bias is so blatant
it borders on fanaticism. Her adoration of the Bush family is so apparent
nothing she says is objective. Her orated desire to be considered a serious
news journalist is laughable while she breathlessly offers her gold-plated
opinion of the Bush family. I can no longer tolerate CNN in the morning
as long as Ms. Zahn is allowed to be head cheerleader for this administration.

For
all those Americans who wanted a "changed tone" in Washington
-- you've got it now. Dumbya has rounded up and given jobs to every crook
and thug to ever grace the halls of government. We have men and women
who knowingly lied, cheated, and stole their way into infamy. It's beginning
to look more like an American Cosa Nostra than we've ever seen. Poppy
has endowed Dumbya with the best of the best in covert activity, strong
armed tactics, and ultra secrecy. Yes siree bobtail, we have a "new"
criminal tone conducting government bidness!

Conservative
pundits are out in force, defending Trent Lott's "joke" at Strom
Thurmond's birthday party. I've actually heard one noted pundit saying
the Democrats are "whining" again about Trent Lott. Bob Novak
take note, the Dems are condemning racist remarks made by a bigot. Trent
Lott is responsible for his own words and actions, he is an abomination
to humanity and should resign from the Senate. His attempts to justify
segregation are despicable, and to say he didn't mean it, is ridiculous.
He knew what he was saying, he meant what he said, and he is not fit to
serve the United States of America. Send him back to Mississippi and the
CCC he represents. Racism cannot be tolerated in any form.

There is a proverbial bridge in Brooklyn for sale to anyone who believes
the Congress and the GAO will be able to prove any wrongdoing on the part
of Ms. Rehnquist. Even if they do, I'm sure it will be appealed to the
Supreme Court and we all know what will happen when Daddy gets his hands
on his daughters problems. Swish, it's gone, another Repuglican debacle
swept away in this nepotistic government. It's become a CYA group who
believes their family members can do no wrong when it comes to bilking
the American people.

I'm
still hung up on how the vote was processed in Louisiana. I believe that
the elections on November 5 may have been tainted by "touch screen"
voting. If Las Vegas can program computers to win by percentage, then
those paragons of the end justifies the means, the Repuglicans, can program
touch screen voting machines to win by percentage. We are watching technology,
in the hands of an "axis of evil" right here in America, rob
us of our right to choose the candidate we believe deserves the office.
The epitome of a "bloodless coup" -- no tanks in the streets,
no military control, just touch screen voting machines at the polls.

Congratulations
to President Jimmy Carter, the consummate man of peace. He joins a long
and revered list of persons who have symbolized peace in the world. His
life represents goodness to all people. He is one American who makes us
all proud to be Americans. Let us hope his example is one that will be
followed in a future that encompasses all men. Pray all children inherit
a peaceful prosperous world.

The
decision to throw out the GAO suit against Dick Cheney must alert all
Americans to the fact that Repuglican appointed judges will find in favor
of Repuglican politicos no matter what they have done. The Supreme Court
decision in 2000 should have been a clue as to how these guys conduct
the business of law. The people do not matter in a Repuglican court --
we lose. The people are not represented when Repuglican use monkey business
to maintain power and control. Judicial appointments are paramount if
we want an honest representation of the law.

Returning
Mary Landrieu to the United States Senate is indeed a Big Deal. People
(even down here in the south) are waking up to the ruination of our country
by the Bush regime. The people said NO to Dumbya! To say Bush is personally
pleasing, while his polices are reprehensible, is an oxymoron! No one
"likes" a man who lies, cheats, and steals. No one likes a man
who is wishy-washy to gain political advantage. No one likes a bumbling
moron, who can't even read the script that has been given him. This nation
is finally waking up to the fact that the Supreme Court appointed an idiot
to ride rough shod over our ideals and values. Bush is determined to end
the world in his own flurry of ignorance.

The
current Bush administration is just a bunch of recycled retreads from
the first Bush administration. Nothing has changed, and contrary to some
thinking, they haven't found "religion." They're the same bunch
of crooks who benefit only themselves and their close associates. They
will use the American public and a "patriotic" persona to secretly
conduct business unusual! We did well to get rid of them the first time.
The second coming of this gang has only rejuvenated the same old chaos
and confusion, adding to the millions of dollars in their personal accounts
at a loss to the citizens of America. It is truly time for a regime change
and an end to the Bush parasitic reign.

It
is an abomination that a "leader" in today's Senate would endorse
and support the 1948 pro segregation, anti civil rights platform of Strom
Thurmond for President. It is a testament to what this Repuglican party
stands for in its march to dominate the United States of America. Trent
Lott's comments were not meant to respect Strom Thurmond at his birthday
party, they were not a joke, they were the comments of a biased bigot
who continues to fight the Civil War. Mr. Lott has no brain in that prop
for a toupee he calls a head. He shames us all.
