How
can anyone support an administration that stole an election, encouraged
a recession, spent the Social Security trust fund, underfunded education,
was best friends with Enron, turned it's back on the environment, sent
money to the Taliban, ignored the terrorist warning signs, and lied to
the American people?
*
* *
We
all know the truth about Enron! They bilked their employees and investors
to make millions for those at the top. Now, the Bush administration is
using the same "aggressive accounting" practices to bilk America.
When your savings are gone and your future is dim, then will you ask for
an investigation of this administration and its secret dealings?
*
* *
They
are playing games with the American people -- no "fast track"
for Bush, but he can have "trade promotion authority." Same
thing, different name! Just wonder how good for America this will be?
Nothing he's done so far has benefited our country.
*
* *
Well,
the military has finally admitted clandestine "tests," and against
their own men! Give me a break -- when this administration says "don't
ask questions, don't disagree, trust us" -- we need to remember why
investigations are necessary! The men and women who suffered, have been
through 40 years of hell. These are the people who protected America and
were betrayed by America. We need to speak up, ask questions, disagree,
and above all, call for an investigation of 9-11!
*
* *
I
hope the FBI field agents and those lower down the totem pole will not
sit still and take the blame for the Bushies! It's another case of blaming
those who are forbidden to speak out! They find themselves in a dilemma:
tell the truth or take the blame! This country needs to know who really
dropped the ball and why!
*
* *
What
a difference an administration makes! Amidst all the "I didn't do
it" commentary, one cannot help but remember Janet Reno's "The
buck stops here." She stepped up to the plate and accepted responsibility
for the decisions she made! Mistakes or not, she was honest and straightforward
with the American people, and she called for an investigation forthwith.
Bush, Cheney, Rice, Ashcroft, Mueller, and the rest of the Bushies have
been laying blame at everyone's doorstep, but their own. Come on America,
this administration is responsible -- the buck now stops with them. An
investigation is called for and should be conducted immediately. If the
threats are credible, then we really need to know who, what, where, and
when mistakes were made.

Freedom
of Speech has been the most revered right of Americans. It is what sets
us apart from other nations. We were guaranteed the right to dissent,
to question, to verbalize an opinion under the Constitution. My friends,
Dick Cheney is trying to wrest Freedom of Speech from us all. I say to
Cheney and Bush it is UNPATRIOTIC to undermine the basic rights of all
Americans. Apparently, he believes the Constitution applies to this administration
only -- the citizens of this country don't matter to Bush and the gang.
Mr. Cheney, we believe the Constitution applies to all Americans, and
we will not be silenced!
*
* *
Substitute
"chad" for "chatter" and you realize what the Bush
administration is doing. They are using buzzwords to take the attention
off the issue. Anything to divert us from the real story. In election
2000 Chad was used to steal an election. Today, chatter is being used
to cover up whatever the administration did or didn't do pre 9-11. We
weren't prepared for the unbelievable in 2000, so they got away with it.
Innocent Americans lost their lives on 9-11 and those victims, along with
their families and the country, deserve to know why. Don't let the Bushies
get away with it again! Investigate!
*
* *
Bush
finally admits to a German reporter that he was running scared on 9-11.
He was getting out of "harms way." Just what was the rest of
the country supposed to do? Aren't presidents supposed to be leaders?
Aren't they supposed to mobilize the defenses? Aren't they supposed to
inform the American people? Tell me how effective it is when the president
runs for the caves, while the rest of us are left to figure out what next!
Tell me, when he knew of possible terrorist attacks, how safe we were,
while he was saving himself.
*
* *
I
find it scary that Cheney, Rumsfeld, and Dumbya can say with such certainty
that there will be more "terrorist attacks." They cannot reassure
us that they are on top of the terrorist problem, they cannot tell us
via "Homeland Security" what's being done to protect us (color
coded alerts don't do much towards protection), and they cannot tell us
how the huge amounts of money are being spent to guard our citizens. All
I've heard, for certain, is there will be future attacks. I wonder how
they can be so sure?
*
* *
Just
remember, the next time Cheney and Bush tell us they are on top of things,
these are the same guys who told us California had an energy crisis, a
tax cut would benefit this country, no child would be left behind, Osama
dead or alive, and they won the election.
*
* *
Someone
should tell David Gergen that it doesn't take much to divert Bush's attention.
You know, bedtime or TV, or even Camp David for the weekend, and he's
off course. Mr. Gergen should know that Bush hasn't paid attention, otherwise
we would not have had the terror this country endured on 9-11. He seems
to have a short attention span no matter what, so an investigation should
go forward so the people in this country will know how to possibly thwart
a repeat terrorist attack. After all, the Bushies are telling us it is
unavoidable. Is it truly unavoidable or can something be done? Investigate!

If
we know what's good for the country then anything Tom DeLay is against,
we should be for! Demand an investigation, we need to know. The Repuglicans
are playing politics by not wanting an investigation. DeLay is despicable.
Send him back to Texas with Georgie, Phil, and Dick. They deserve each
other.
*
* *
We
were told by Dumbya, "my administration is the best of the best,
I know how to put together an administration with experience." I
DON'T THINK SO! They are a group of incapable isolationists who have personal
political agendas that aren't what's best for American citizens.
*
* *
To
read the BuzzFlash mailbag is an uplifting experience. It is encouraging
to see there are people out there who believe in the truth and who will
not be quiet! These are the true patriots, the REAL Americans! These are
the people who believe in democracy! Thank you, all of you and thank you
to BuzzFlash for giving us hope for the future of our country.
*
* *
Accountability
has been one word Dumbya mastered -- he's used it many times over, in
less than interesting speeches, particularly when speaking of government
programs. Well Georgie, it's time to step up to the plate and be accountable
for what you have or have not done. It's time you took the responsibility
for your actions or, should I say, inaction. The buck generally stops
at the top of the heap and that's where you've perched since election
2000. With all the glory comes the guts, and you haven't got the guts
to admit you made some very grave mistakes. You didn't do all that you
could do, you didn't heed the warning signs, and you are responsible.

In
every instance under Bush, the people lose! By maintaining an embargo
on Cuba, the Cuban people are the ones who suffer, while Bush maintains
his popularity with the Cuban Americans and insures their vote. This man
is a selfish megalomaniac who does not give a hoot for average hard working
people. He could care less about their needs.
*
* *
The
Bushies are telling us hindsight is 20/20, while foresight is unpredictable
-- if so, in hindsight we must have an investigation into the events leading
to 9-11. In hindsight we must find out where "intelligence"
failed. We can only learn from the mistakes that were made in order to
prevent a repeat of those same mistakes. A full-fledged, thorough, bi-partisan
investigation must be made. We must know who "failed" and why!
3000 Americans died senselessly and the American people need to know why,
before we have to find out why another 3000 Americans died.
*
* *
Bush
talks the talk of the Democratic party, while in lock step walks the walk
of the far right conservatives in the Repuglican party. In other words,
he lulls everyone into believing he supports their needs, while in reality
he is undermining every democratic ideal this country has ever had. He
is leaving a majority of children behind by not funding education, he
is attempting to abolish social security by privatizing and spending the
trust fund, he is proposing Medicare reform that eliminates health care
for those who need it the most, and he is lining the pockets of the very
rich and making it harder for all other Americans to put food on the table.
He is on the road to negate democracy and institute dictatorship in America.
Now, I know how some of the German people felt as they witnessed Hitler's
rise. Devastated.
*
* *
I
do not believe the approval poll numbers currently reported for Bush.
I believe they have been distorted and contrived. The numbers of average
people who want answers, too. The applause from an audience in response
to a statement that "Bush is embarrassing every time he opens his
mouth," tells me that average Americans are not satisfied with Dumbya.
I believe mainstream media and the poll skewers are attempting to "fool"
the American people into submission. We are being "led" down
the path and I don't think the people are willingly participating.
*
* *
Spin
it, polish it, and downright lie, but guess what everyone knows: BUSH
KNEW! He was too stupid to connect the dots or he underestimated a terrorist
enemy. Either way, BUSH SHOULD RESIGN! Do your patriotic duty and resign,
go back to your ranch and clear brush. Don't worry, Uncle Dick can pardon
you and you can be the second pres to resign! A legacy Americans will
never forget.

Need
I remind all Americans -- any questions regarding the horrible events
of 9-11 should be prefaced with a remembrance that it is Dumbya in charge.
It takes "intelligence" to understand and disseminate facts
in order to subvert terrorist activity. It takes the ability to read and
prioritize information, a desire to protect the American people above
all other interests, and reasonable, sane judgment. It takes someone willing
to work at the job, not someone who sees a days work in deciding where
to vacation next. It takes foresight to be President, not hindsight. It
takes a man, not a boy.
*
* *
Strange,
isn't it, how the airlines are saying they weren't warned, while conservatives
are out in force to say they were warned! Just wondering if the airlines
will cave and suddenly "remember" the warnings, especially since
they received all that bail out money! No wonder Bush and "his"
gang were willing to be generous!
*
* *
Just
wondering how the terrorists "knew" and changed their weapons
to box cutters to commit the greatest acts of terror ever in the U.S.,
when the citizens of America were not warned and Bush claims he didn't
know. Sounds like someone does know something they don't want us to know!
Ari, your attempts to get Dumbya off the hook, only help to dig the hole
deeper!
*
* *
Dumbya
obviously was not the best man for the job. He couldn't even connect the
dots on a road map to a "terrorist attack," even after it smacked
him in the face! So much for all that bull about America being better
off with Dumbya! I don't think so! Like it or not -- when you overrule
democracy and appoint someone to office, you are aiding terrorists!
*
* *
For
someone who dislikes Washington so much, Bush spent an obscene amount
of money to get there! I always get tickled when I hear him criticize
D.C. My first thought is, there are planes, trains, and buses leaving
everyday, and a majority of the people in this country would not mind
if Dumbya got on one of them and headed back to Crawford. If he dislikes
it so much, why stay? Get outdoors, go back to Texas, we would all be
better off!
*
* *
We
all know that another terrorist attack is possible -- but the reason for
the latest "alert" is as clear as the nose on your face. Take
the heat off Dumbya, create a smoke screen, incite fear and maybe they'll
forget about "Bush Knew." The office of disinformation is alive
and well, heading it up is Cheney! He was out of his hole this past weekend
drumming up "unpatriotic partisanship." Their methods are becoming
more transparent everyday. It's called the "fear factor," and
to say they are using it to gain advantage would be an understatement.
Frankly, if Bush and the gang were as good as we've been led to believe,
any "threatened attack" would be anticipated and stopped. But,
we know they will use anything to maintain power.
*
* *
Bush
and the gang can't have it both ways! They can't, on the one hand, tell
us how wonderful they are at solving the problems of the world, they are
the best for the job, and, on the other hand, tell us they were unable
to read the road map drawn by the terrorists who attacked the U.S. Either
this administration knows what they are doing or they don't. To say they
don't would be the kindest opinion, otherwise it would be the worst imagined
scenario and God help America.
*
* *
Just
who does Cheney think he is -- he was installed as VP, not crowned King!
The citizens of this country still have a right to question, to know what
is being done or not being done to protect Americans. His attitude and
"anger" is unfounded. That is, unless he knows what they didn't
do and is afraid the nation will find out. Stick him back in his "hidey
hole," the country is better off when he's off hunting birds.
