My question to Senator Frist: What is the government doing to insure our safety from "bioterror"? The horrendous amount of taxpayer monies spent should afford Americans more than a "safe-room." All the "technology," and we still don't have a perpetrator of anthrax. It seems to me that we aren't getting a good "return." Perhaps, capable leadership is the best answer to America's problems.
