Having watched the “Dark Side” on “Frontline,” I am now even more convinced IMPEACHMENT is the only answer to the current political dilemma in which America is involved! There has got to be something criminal to be found in the sins this administration committed to take this nation to war!!! Any Repuglican and/or Democrat who would continue to protect George Bush and the Bush administration are no longer acting in the best interests of this country and they should be IMPEACHED too!!! (PS, I now know why the Repuglican Party is hell bent on denying funding for PBS!)

Honest to God, when those you’ve been sent to liberate and protect start killing you, isn’t that reason enough to bring our sons and daughters home? “Stay the course” sounds so courageous, but when your ass is sitting behind a desk, in an air-conditioned office, surrounded by a small army of secret service agents, it’s nothing but empty bravado designed to fuel the dying embers of a misconceived horrible catastrophe! It’s over. It is now time to bring our children home!!!

While the middle class and the poor in these United States are worried about losing a CHILD in a preemptive unnecessary war in Iraq, the Repuglicans are worried about the rich losing some of their MONEY!!! No matter what, come hell and/or high water (Iraq and Katrina), the Repuglicans will always protect their bank accounts, Dead or Alive, before they ever consider protecting anything else!

Err, whatever happened to that oh so familiar rhetoric, “we invaded Iraq to get rid of that ‘evildoer,’ he killed his own people, Saddam”??? “Bill O'Reilly declared that if he were the president of Iraq, he would run the country 'just like Saddam [Hussein] ran it,' by establishing curfews and shooting violators 'right between the eyes.'" It just goes to prove Repuglicanism when left to their own devices, quite literally become the enemy!

Exceeding the bounds of DECENCY??? What could be more INDECENT than sending the sons and daughters of America to fight a war based on lies? I haven’t heard or seen anything on television yet that could top the profane indecency of a preemptive, unnecessary, “fixed the facts,” downright lies, “shock and awe” war that has resulted in the deaths of over 2500 American soldiers and countless thousands of innocent Iraqis, including women and children! Janet Jackson’s boob doesn’t come close to indecent. Compare that faux pas with the horrific death and destruction caused by the Bush administration if you want to really see indecent! How could so many who claim “Christian” values get their priorities and those values so screwed up?

It seems the latest scam in the Repuglican, how to get elected for dummies, playbook is REDEMPTION! Yep, all you have to do is go before an invited only audience, conjure up a few tears, look slightly downcast, confess your sins as “honest mistakes” and find the Lord! That’ll get the votes every time, and then it's clear sailing into that exclusive political club, the Repuglican Culture of Corruption!!!

There is something utterly wrong when a man starts trying to defend the inane statements he’s made! Dick Cheney on Monday defended his “final throes” remarks with a little bit of re-framing! Defensive reaction leaves one wondering if the “final throes” remarks were a form of projection, regarding the Bush administration in general and/or Dick Cheney in particular, both figuratively and literally! Wouldn’t that be a nice cup of tea to see---team Bush/Cheney in their “final throes”!
