And this is how he gets revenge----look out Granny and Grandpa, George is messing with Social Security, and he’s trying to keep the lid on his attempt to destroy your retirement. This guy is as despicable and as sneaky as a rodent nibbling away at the staples in your cupboard!

Makes me believe braving the cold winters in Minnesota wouldn’t be so bad if I had an opportunity to vote for Al Franken as the next Senator from Minnesota! Paul Wellstone must be smiling down on Minnesota!

This is a fine how do you do---it’s the same as giving the fox the keys to the hen house and inviting him in, it’s nothing more than Repuglican business as usual, nothing but bull and baloney! The Committee that is supposed to make sure no laws are broken, has opted out of conducting the oversight they are relegated to do in order to create other committees who can also aide and abet the crimes and the cover-ups committed by the Bush administration! Come on people, wake up, the Repuglicans are apparently drunk on their own power, if they really think the American people are so stupid we don’t see through this nonsense! There needs to be a full investigation into the criminal activities that are being carried out against American citizens. This says it all: “In a closed meeting Tuesday, the committee voted to reject a request by Rockefeller for what he called a ‘careful and fact based review of the National Security Agency’s surveillance eavesdropping activities inside the United States.’ ‘The committee is, to put it bluntly, basically under the control of the White House,’ he told reporters”!

And Bush said he “didn’t have good intelligence.” I know, that statement, if taken literally, is true, but if one were to read the meaning that was meant to be delivered in this message, that the intelligence agencies failed, we now know it was nothing but one big lie for sure!!! The evidence has been revealed. Three cheers for reporters brave enough to tell us the truth, because that’s what it’s going to take to defeat the intentional incompetence, the lies, the cover-ups, and the destruction that’s occurred since this Bush arrived on the scene! Congress refuses to do it!

Gonzales must be recalled to testify before the Congressional Judiciary Committee, and for God’s sake, Senator Specter, swear him in---Gonzales must take the oath, if America is to get to the bottom of this warrantless domestic spying ordeal!!! You most certainly don’t give a thief the keys to your house, so why in the world would you allow testimony to be conducted outside the oath to tell the truth!!! We are beyond the realm of “little white lies” or “fibs” or even “spin,” our country’s democracy is at stake, our future is at stake, our safety and security is in the hands of madmen, so get off your duff and assume the position and the duties you were elected to execute. Do you really want to be known as just another Bush puppet? This is your opportunity to become a patriot, a statesman, a Senator of the United States of America!!! What have you got to lose, besides America? Don’t miss the opportunity to do all that’s necessary to expose the criminal actions committed against the American people!

The next time you hear that gobbledygook about “political capital” and Bush’s “re-election” it would behoove you to see what really happened in Ohio!!! If you think for one minute an election will set things right in these United States, better think again, because the Repuglican Party has the vote count sewed up and your vote amounts to nothing! A real investigation is what’s needed to expose the disenfranchisement, the dirty tricks, and the illegal rigging that has been occurring in this country that goes to predetermining the winner. And anyone involved in election tampering should and must be “frogmarched” off to jail to serve the maximum sentence afforded to those who would steal the people’s right to vote! This is the most egregious threat to democracy that has ever occurred in America. Stealing someone’s vote in America should be considered an act of subversion, because our vote was insured by the Constitution, and acts committed against the Constitution during a time of war should constitute an act of treason.

More and more Americans are waking up---more and more Americans are fed up---more and more Americans are aware that George Bush, Dick Cheney, and this entire administration is nothing but trouble for us, our children, and our country!

I'm not comparing myself to Abraham Lincoln, nor should you think [so] just because I mentioned his name in the context of my presidency -- I would never do that. He was a great president. But, boy, they mistreated him. He did what he thought was right." In psychological terms it’s called, “delusions of grandeur” which indicates a very sick mind and to know this is the man with his finger on the nuclear red button is the most frightening thing I can conjure up in these days of preemptive wars, terrorists, indefinite detainment, torture and abuse, domestic spying, and questionable democracy. Even though you believe you are and some in you’re administration are doing all they can to support that delusion; George Bush, Abraham Lincoln you’re NOT. May God help America!

It’s not just phone calls our government is monitoring!!! Homeland Security’s net is wide and all encompassing. Being prudent doesn’t always pay off, in fact as the Soehnge’s learned when paying off a credit card bill, you can be bumped over to Homeland Security and your payment held up until there is an investigation!!! And some think they have nothing to hide!

Mainstream corporate media should have been screaming for these “conference call” video tapes long ago, Congress should be all over the airwaves telling the American people about the lies concocted by this administration to thwart Congressional oversight, and the people of New Orleans should be seeking justice for their incomprehensible, inconceivable devastating losses! This should tell the world why this administration denies and/or classifies everything they do---it certainly isn’t to protect American citizens, it’s a futile effort to save Bush’s behind!
