Any Senator or Congressional Representative who would participate in a cover-up of the Abu Ghraib torture and abuse and/or Bush’s illegal domestic wire-tapping programs is abdicating his oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America.  Any member of the Bush administration and any member of the leadership in the American military who claims their policies do not include torture and abuse and/or domestic illegal wire-tapping is downright lying to the American people and thus also abdicating their oath to protect and preserve the Constitution of the United States of America!  America has become a nation of political lackeys sucking up to an errant administration rather than patriotic statesmen and/or patriotic military generals for the people!

"Besides, terrorism is not the only new danger of this era. Another is the administration's argument that because the president is commander in chief, he is the 'sole organ for the nation in foreign affairs.' That non sequitur is refuted by the Constitution's plain language, which empowers Congress to ratify treaties, declare war, fund and regulate military forces, and make laws 'necessary and proper' for the execution of all presidential powers. Those powers do not include deciding that a law -- FISA, for example -- is somehow exempted from the presidential duty to "take care that the laws be faithfully executed."  Hmm, when an ultra conservative columnist such as George Will has this to say, this nation better sit up and take notice!  A president who asserts he is the "sole organ for the nation in foreign affairs" is more dangerous than any foreign threat to our freedom and democracy!

George Bush is nothing more, nothing less, than a modern day Jim Jones, proselytizing an insane ideology and forcing Kool-aid on the citizens of America by way of  executive orders, signing statements and mainstream corporate media!  What the media hasn’t yet realized, if Bush is allowed to continue his insanity, they too will go down with the rest of us out here in America land!

Obviously, when ultra conservatives ask this question, “Is Cheney a political asset or a liability?” they don’t fully understand , that Cheney is the one running the Bush administration, and George Bush is just plain “arm candy” for Dick!  When Bush told the world that Cheney “handled” the whole who shot the lawyer incident, “just fine” and that it was a “deeply traumatic moment” for Cheney, it was a transparent revelation of just exactly “who is the real president”!

Presidential blunders? George Bush is nothing but the biggest blunder ever made in the United States! The most egregious mistake was that Supreme Court moment of insanity, that infamous day when the Supreme Court of the United States appointed George W. Bush to the presidency!  It’s been all downhill for America and the American people ever since!  History will show a partisan court made a monumental error that led to the loss of Freedom and Democracy in America!  We the people were robbed of our vote; we were overturned by a bunch of Repuglican appointed judges who bent the law to accomplish the destruction of all that had once been the guiding principles of the greatest nation in the world. We were reduced to acceptance of a cabal of fascist lunatics by a cabal of fascist lunatics!

Hmm, is this why they made the sheriff wait 15 hours to talk to the VP? Criminal negligence and hunting while inebriated is a difficult charge to duck and it’s only logical that’s why the “black shirts” working for Cheney (though paid for by U.S. tax-payers) turned the deputy away at the gate!!!  If Joe Blow, average citizen, shot a fellow hunter during a hunt while smashed, the law would have been all over him like stink on a pile, he’d be sitting behind bars awaiting trial, but now that fascism has taken over the United States of America, and Mr. Whittington has so graciously apologized for getting shot, Dick Cheney has walked away from this one scot free!

There is something patently wrong with this whole scenario---this is the fastest release from the hospital for a person who’s suffered a myocardial infarction otherwise known as a “heart attack” on top of a “gunshot” wound to have ever been ordered by a “physician,” as far as I know!  Is Mr. Whittington, the victim of a hunting accident, a consummate Texas gentleman, a lawyer, a lobbyist, or is he just a plain misguided Repuglican doing his best for and giving his all to the party?  It is most certainly a rare moment when the victim of a gunshot wound apologizes for causing the shooter “anguish.”  It is more the sublime becoming utterly ridiculous and raises further questions as to WHY?

The lunatic, who helped to create the impetus for the “negative images” of the Western world, Donald Rumsfeld, is upset now that those images have been shown around the world!!!  Had the scheme for torture and abuse never been constructed by the leadership in this administration, then torture and abuse would not have been news!

Shades of a previously paranoid Repuglican administration!  When they start spying on their own, you’ve got to know there’s trouble brewing within, and one can only pray that this Repuglican administration will shamefully go down the same “Resign or be Impeached” road as the last bunch of Repuglican crooks!
