There is nothing compassionate about a government that would “detain” Iraqi women prisoners longer just to prove their prowess and endanger an American woman even further! Is the life or death of Jill Carroll just another United States calculation in Bush’s “war on terrah”! Would this administration willingly, with malice and forethought, forfeit Miss Carroll’s life in an effort to rally the American people in this fight against terrah? We are witness to one of the most fiendish, manipulative, conniving, uncaring administrations to ever occupy the Oval Office! My heart and my prayers go out to Miss Carroll and her family. I implore the insurgents to release Miss Carroll and show the world true honor and integrity, just be sure to release her publicly to someone trustworthy enough to get her safely back home!

A very convenient “executive order” gives Cheney powers unlike any this country has ever experienced before! This administration classifies and declassifies whatever whim possesses them. They choose to ignore and discount whatever information comes their way. They detain one and all, in secret, without proof, counsel, or trial for as long as they want. They choose to preemptively invade whatever country they select. They torture and abuse whoever they want. They illegally wire tap, both foreign and domestic, terrorist and/or American citizen alike! Where are the “checks and balances,” where is the Congress? Why, they’re hiding out somewhere in D.C., one side afraid of losing power and the other side afraid of losing face, which allows this administration, this embodiment of corruption, to continue on the path of absolute power corrupting absolutely! If democracy is to prevail, they must be impeached or better yet, arrested for the crimes against humanity they’ve committed!

“… in the adrenalin spike of the flush, it is easy to lose your bearings. That is why it's good practice for someone who is not shooting to be in charge of the hunt.” Was it an “adrenalin spike” or an inebriated fog that caused this “hunter” to lose his bearings? And wouldn’t it be a wiser and more prudent practice not to go “hunting” while drinking? How can you trust anyone who doesn’t have the good sense to hunt while sober with the safety and security of an entire nation?

What are those words we’ve heard time and again---“Don’t drink and drive”---yes, those are the ones! Well guess what, there’s some new ones out today---Don’t drink and hunt! Alcohol and cars don’t mix, well alcohol and guns don’t mix either!

Yeah sure, and we know already how fair and balanced this cover-up will be! So much for Wolf Blitzer’s overwhelming Bush administration suck-ups---they still call FOX NEWS and Brit Hume when they need help covering up their dirty deeds!

It’s amazing how shallow this world has become---so Porter Goss is upset over leaks coming out of the CIA. Has he not given any thought to the fact that most of the guys with some integrity, you know the ones, those guys who objected to blatantly breaking the law, “fixing the facts” and torturing people, have resigned and have been replaced with the more opportunistic agent who fashions himself after, of all people, the so called leader of these United States. You know that guy, the one who redefined torture in an attempt to make it legal, what’s his name, err, uhh, George Bush, yep that’s the one. The CIA is now full of George Bush dobees, the kind who would lie, cheat, and steal to promote themselves and get rich in the process!

Now that Congressional members know just what Dick Cheney is capable of, they must have decided, better to be on the safe side and forget about investigating NSA wire taps, because if he “accidentally” shoots a friend, my God, what could he do to someone who would presume to investigate any illegal actions he’s committed? This time it was a 28-gauge shot-gun, next time it could be an uzi!

My grandmother always said, “When a man admits to having had one beer, you can be sure he’s had five or six beers, and on occasion a scotch or two, just to be fair and balanced,” and my grandmother always knew what she was talking about!
