We all know how the investigation turns out when the Bush administration investigates the Bush administration, as evidenced by the 9-11 Commission Report and its Executive Director Philip Zelikow!  "9-11 Commission Executive Director Philip Zelikow has deep, lasting ties to several members of both the Bush I and Bush II Administrations."  When an administration official is in charge of the Cover-up, you have to know the Cover-up is guaranteed!  Just another blatant example of how "absolute power corrupts absolutely." And a by the by, as a reward for doing a heck of a job and to insure the outcome of any future investigative needs---"Shortly after departing the Commission he [Zelikow] became Counselor of the Department of State, where he would once again work alongside Condoleezza Rice."

Amazing isn't it, how the webs of deception are so intricately constructed, when you want to conduct a gray shade of criminal business---like a war without legitimate reason or motive!  "There are lesser-known facts about Zelikow's connections to the Bush Administration that are equally disturbing. For instance, in the early 1990s Zelikow directed the Aspen Strategy Group, members of which have staffed key positions in both the Bush and Clinton Administrations. Interestingly, Judith Miller, the former NY Times reporter implicated in the outing of CIA operative Valerie Plame, is another emeritus member of ASG. I. Lewis 'Scooter' Libby, indicted in October 2005 on a total of five counts of obstruction of justice, making false statements and perjury, wrote a cryptic letter to the jail-bound Miller that seemed both to reference Miller's association with the Aspen Group and to attempt to silence her before she testified before the grand jury: "Out West, where you vacation, the aspens will already be turning. They turn in clusters, because their roots connect them." Several prominent current and former Bush Administration figures are emeritus members of ASG, including Condoleezza Rice, Dick Cheney, Paul Wolfowitz and Richard Armitage. It's an odd turn of phrase, one that seems to insinuate that to give evidence against Libby might implicate some of these other "aspens."

The particular variety of Democracy Bush brought to Iraq is not exactly what the general population of Americans had in mind! Targeted areas in which specific ethnic groups of "Some Sunni men have been found dead in ditches and fields, with bullet holes in their temples, acid burns on their skin, and holes in their bodies apparently made by electric drills. ..." is not representative of traditional, American-style Democracy.  But given George Bush's take on democracy and what constitutes acceptable interrogation techniques, perhaps the Iraqis are just emulating the Bush brand of freedom to torture and abuse whomsoever you designate!

My God, what a terrible price America has paid in both lives and money, for George Bush to find out Poppy was the better, wiser man after all!

The Observer interviewed Iraq's first Prime Minister after Saddam's fall, Ayad Allawi, and found---"Human rights abuses in Iraq are now as bad as they were under Saddam Hussein and are even in danger of eclipsing his record … 'People are doing the same as [in] Saddam's time and worse,' Ayad Allawi told The Observer. 'We are hearing about secret police, secret bunkers where people are being interrogated,' he added. 'A lot of Iraqis are being tortured or killed in the course of interrogations. We are even witnessing Sharia courts based on Islamic law that are trying people and executing them. … Iraq is the centrepiece of this region. If things go wrong, neither Europe nor the US will be safe."  Iraq according to George W. Bush: "We are making progress"!  Now, just who do you choose to believe???

We are witness to the machinations of exactly how "absolute power corrupts absolutely" and all thanks to the Repuglican Party in general and George Bush in particular!!!  The best thing Americans and any statesmen who may be left in Washington can do is to proceed to impeachment forthwith without hesitation, do not pass go, send him directly back to Crawford and/or jail, whatever justice deems necessary in this country governed by the rule of law!  And by the way, we need to send the rest of this evil cabal of corruption along with him!

Hmm, given the prospect of the Supreme Court becoming more conservative, it has literally begun to fall apart!  "A basketball-sized piece of marble molding fell from the facade over the entrance to the Supreme Court Monday, landing on the steps …"   One has to wonder if something or perhaps someone in the ethereal is warning the citizens of the United States that a conservative Supreme Court is truly not the way to go in a real democracy!

I can think of several examples as to why Intelligent Design is the most ridiculous theory ever, to come to the fore--EX.--George Bush, Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Condoleezza Rice, Bill Frist, Tom DeLay, Jean Schmidt, Dennis Hastert, Duke Cunningham, Scooter Libby, Karl Rove, Jack Abramoff, Robert Novak, Pat Robertson, Jerry Falwell, various Repuglican senators and representatives as well as several mainstream media talking ditto heads, etc., etc., etc.!  My theory is they were all conceived as a result of a random act of sex that evolved between two human beings, nothing more nothing less!  Intelligence was neither a prerequisite nor a requirement!
