In the rush to determine whether a crime has been committed, many in America have overlooked the broader and more important malevolence in the "Plame Game." The highest office in America deliberately set out to retaliate and intimidate those who dared tell the truth! It didn't make any difference if National Security was compromised, if reputations and careers were ruined or, most importantly, if lives were put in danger! The Bush administration had a plan to preemptively wage war and they weren't about to let a little thing like Joe Wilson and the truth stop them! We have now seen, up close and personal, what absolute power does to evil men who would be dictators. If allowed to get away with what they've done, America can kiss "democracy" good-bye and say hello to the birth of fascism.

Of course the SEC investigation of Sen. Frist is coming from the right -- as far right as you can get in Washington these days! What else did the Senator expect from George Bush? Didn't he know that Bush expects boot-licking, rear-end kissing loyalty, no matter what? Didn't the Senator know Bush's best suit is his penchant for revenge!

Jeb Bush's radical change on drilling for oil in the Gulf off Florida's pristine coastline only goes to prove you can’t trust a Repuglican oil man dressed up in a Governor's suit! And where there's a dollar to be made, you'll always find a Bush first in line. Come on, what did you expect from the Bush family -- honesty, integrity, and compassion?

While reading the comments made by some in mainstream corporate media, I wonder when honest journalists will finally realize that the Judy Millers posing as "reporters" are the very people who have provoked our distrust of the press? When will they realize that "protecting sources" vs. "providing a conduit for lies from government officials" are not the same thing? When will they realize that Judy Miller represents the epitome of everything a real journalist with real integrity should NOT be?

So the FBI never pursued the investigation into the "forged" Niger documents! I guess the Bush administrations retaliation and intimidation efforts worked on the FBI! This Governments mantra since Bush stole the office of the presidency has become: "See no evil-hear no evil -- and that way I won't have to speak about the evil."
