“TOM DELAY INDICTED!” Couldn’t have happened to a nastier guy, HOORAY! I sure hope it sticks! That’s one way to get rid of corruption, intimidation, cronyism, arrogance, rotten politics, and the downright sleazy skunks in Washington---Prosecute them for their crimes! One down, though not out yet, but working on it! So little time, so many more to go!!!

Thank you Donald P. Russo for putting into words what we all know about Tim Russert and what he’s done to turn Meet the Press into nothing more than an arm of the Office of Disinformation and tabloid styled television. Russert is on a mission to promote George Bush and his inane policies in whatever way possible, and it stinks. His attempt to denigrate Jefferson Parish President Aaron Broussard was reprehensible and thank you God, Broussard had what it takes to show the world what a slime ball Russert really is!

Democrats reject Larry Flynt’s campaign contribution of $2500! Agree with Flynt’s magazine or not, he single handedly gave real meaning to the right to speak freely in these United States and for that I say thank you Mr. Flynt! And I thought the Democratic Party was all inclusive, foolish me. If the Dems don’t start practicing their oft repeated philosophy of “all men are created equal,” this country has truly lost democracy!

I have finally come to realize why the Repuglicans hate the United Nations---the U.N. stands for PEACE, and all the Repugs want is WAR! They don’t call themselves “Hawks” for nothin’! WAR brings billions of dollars to every single profiteer in this country and a lot of those dollars end up in Repuglican “campaign war chests” which then goes to continuing this cycle of madness. Oh for leadership that really believes in “giving peace a chance”!

Apparently, for George Bush, 7 trips to the Hurricane torn areas in the country were enough to say “over and out,” we’re now returning to the “war on terrorism” and “Iraq,” in hopes of regaining some stature by scaring the hell out of the American people! Little does he know, the American people are sick of unnecessary wars, of lies, of war profiteering, of WMDs, of killing and dying, torture and abuse, of intimidation and retaliation, and of all the rest of the bull touted by George! We are disgusted to know that a pea-brained cheerleader dressed up in a suit is pretending to be presidential, when in fact he’s the epitome of a brainless puppet who can’t utter a word unless someone tells him what to rah, rah, rah!

We’ve heard this all before over and over again, yet American soldiers and innocent Iraqis keep dying. When and where does it stop? How many must die? “GEORGE W. BUSH, PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES: The terrorists will fail. You see, the Iraqis want to be free. They proved that last January when over eight million citizens in the face of violence and threats voted. The terrorists are going to fail this time. But we can expect they'll do everything in their power to try to stop the march of freedom.”

If this weren’t so pathetic, if it wasn’t the man with his finger on the nukeleearh button, it might be funny. But folks it scares the hell out of me to know this incompetent piece of recycled, over-indulgent, snorting, spoiled brat slacker, from a family wealthier than there are grains of dirt on the planet, has my life and the lives of my children in his hands!

It’s safe to say at least one Repuglican sees the truth as we know it---“Nothing to Fear But Bush Himself” and Paul Craig Roberts, former Assistant Secretary of the Treasury under Reagan, has expanded "moron" to include the infamous 5---Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, Rice, Cheney, and Bush! He goes on to ask and answer, “What do you do when, instead of being greeted with flowers, you find your army is tied down by insurgents and you have no face-saving way to get out of the morass? If you are the moronic Bush administration, you blame someone else.” I must admit I couldn’t have said it better myself. Of course it won’t hurt my feelings to know that if the Bush administration has accomplished anything at all, at best they’ve managed the total annihilation of the entire Repuglican Party!

As I looked over the pictures in our daily news print this AM all together, it occurred to me this country is really in trouble. There they were for all to see, Bill Frist, Karl Rove, Tom DeLay, Dennis Hastert, Roy Blunt, and George Bush! Yes sir in all their glory, a Dr. being investigated for “allegations” of insider trading; a “source” “embroiled in controversy over outing a CIA agent”; an arrogant reformed alcoholic? Exterminator “indicted on criminal conspiracy charges”; an obese over-indulgent former coach; a conservative yes man with ties to K-Street; and a consummate moron who’s only claim to fame is a father whose vice-presidential and presidential terms remain questionable! Yes indeed we are in trouble!
