Yet another flip-flop by the Bush administration! All the rhetoric about "freedom and democracy," and in the end to "save butt face," the Bush administration will accept an Iraqi constitution that states the new Iraq will be a state ruled by Islamist law! Sounds more like a Taliban theocracy to me. As usual, the Bush touch has created another disaster! Just have a gander at a couple of Bush's accomplishments -- a domestic surplus, now an unending deficit, "we’re gonna get him" and Osama is as free as a bird looking forward to living in Saddam's palaces. The irresponsible, spoiled, frat boy, moron turns everything he touches into s**t!!!

All those years, all that money, and all the brain power that went in to making the Repuglican party a party to be reckoned with, GONE! In just 5, short -- or long, depending on perception -- years George Bush has wiped it off the political map! In choosing an irresponsible, war-mongering, vengeful, greedy, sociopathic moron, the Repuglicans have ruined all they worked so hard to build. Smaller government, GONE; fiscal responsibility, GONE; intelligence quotient, GONE; a love of God and country, GONE; character, GONE; integrity, GONE; statesmanship, GONE; stature, GONE! In fact the reign of Bush and his administration, because of the terror they’ve brought about domestically and internationally, will bring this whole Repuglican era to a halt. And I say, THANK YOU GOD!!!

One of the great intellectual failures of the American intelligence community, …is to assume if someone hasn't attacked us, it's because he can't or because we've defeated him…When Bin Laden wants to do something, he does it on his own schedule…. no one should be surprised when Osama bin Laden and al Qaeda detonate a weapon of mass destruction in the United States,… bin Laden has even obtained a fatwa, or Islamic decree, justifying a nuclear attack against the United States on religious grounds." Which leaves one wondering if bin Laden is awaiting "orders" -- from whatever powers control him -- to unleash his brand of hell on earth!

PHILLIPS: Well, I'm curious, is this religious leader -- did he go a little too far here with his comments from a Christian perspective?
HAGGARD: Well, from a Christian perspective, yes. But you've got to remember, this is a political commentary portion of his show…he's not speaking for Christians. He's just saying from a political point of view and from a social point of view.

Hmm, I wonder how many of Pat Robertson's holdings pay "no taxes" by claiming a religious affiliation. He is definitely promoting explicit political views and recommendations. Memo to the DOJ: Pat Robertson seems like "a person of interest" that deserves investigation!
