Judge John G. Roberts has one glaring credential that should ban him from serving on any court in these United States: "Quiet role in Florida recount: In the aftermath of the disputed 2000 presidential election, Roberts played a key, if quiet, role in the Florida recount. Although his name did not appear on the briefs, three sources who were personally aware of Roberts' role said he gave Gov. Jeb Bush (R) critical advice on how the Florida Legislature could constitutionally name George W. Bush the winner at a time when Republicans feared that if the recount were to continue the courts might force a different choice." If any Democrat anywhere supports his behind, then they aren't true Democrats!

Just as water, heat, and wind are needed to feed a storm, so are George Bush, Osama bin Laden, and the war in Iraq needed to feed terrorism! It looks as though this storm of terrorism will not be blowing out any time soon. Especially when Osama is still free, the war in Iraq wages on, and Bush is allowed to bungle it all even further!

As I think back over the events of the last 5 or so years and consider the people who were named to be a part of the Bush administration that gave some pride and a hell of a lot of legitimacy to an otherwise questionable wayward son's tenure, I am sad to realize that, when they were no longer needed, and because of their loyalty, they were first trashed and then thrown out without regard!! I am disgusted that this is a strategy that has become an acceptable practice. I am amazed that those who have been treated without regard were so gullible as to think the Bush family had any integrity extending beyond their own selfish needs. Repuglicans in general, and the Bush's in particular, will eat up anyone they no longer need, including their own!

Osama is obviously and painfully alive and well, Al Qaeda marches on! We are watching the results of George Bush's failure to capture Osama bin Laden. Terrorist attacks on the increase because Bush wanted to attack Iraq! Right before our very eyes terrorist attacks continue in London. Progress? Safer?? Security??? All nothing but rhetoric and propaganda fed to us by the Bush Office of Disinformation! History has shown us in horrific ways, Bush never finishes what he starts and how in God's name can anyone think he's capable!

The real question is why did Judith Miller refuse to testify even after she had been given a release by her source??? Who exactly would her testimony implicate? It wouldn't look good to cop the 5th in a grand jury proceeding now would it? One has to wonder, does a few months of incarceration for refusing to testify trump prosecution for treason?

Frankly, I'm tired of the spin and counterspin swirling around Karl Rove and Lewis Libby! It is a crime that these two political thugs are still walking around free when they should be tucked safely away in jail where they cannot continue committing mayhem and treason! Given their past history you can bet your bippy, if given the opportunity, they will repeat the same behavior, it's in their make-up, they cannot help themselves, it's part of their physical being, and they should be locked away. The safety and security of America depends on putting them somewhere where they can do no further harm!

From the looks of Halliburton's goings on, there is money to be made by working for the government after all! Especially when you have friends in high places!! There's a new not-to-be-released publication labeled "super secret, classified confidential, for the president's eyes only" called Graft and Corruption, a Manual for Dummies Who Have Previously Gone Arbusto!!!

I've often wondered how reporters can give a true picture of the happenings in Iraq when they are "embedded" in the "green zone"? Has anyone else noticed that same green dome in the background of every CNN broadcast out of Iraq? Real Iraqis have a whole different view of the "progress" in Iraq! Real Iraqis are also on to the live television reruns of the same old speeches Bush reiterates when there's a need to fire up his base!

Schwarzenegger steps down as executive editor, foregoing a magazine contract worth thirteen million over 5 years! Hmm, and it's been said government jobs don't pay as well as private industry! I wonder???
