"This Fourth of July, I ask you to find a way to thank the men and women defending our freedom by flying the flag. At this time when we celebrate our freedom, let us stand with the men and women who defend us all," as said by George Bush. I say, it's going to take more than flag flying, it's going to take those who know what a jerk you are to finally say enough is enough. You, George Bush, are a fanatic and an opportunist attempting to justify your cowardice with rhetoric designed to exploit our patriotism. You are contemptible in that you started this war, and you don't have a clue as to how to get out of it with your political skin in tact. God help the real heroes, God help the troops you sent to fight an unnecessary war you had to "fix facts" to wage, God help those who are risking limb and life because of you!

"Trevor McDonald ('TONIGHT'): Mr President, if I can move on to the question of Iraq, when we last spoke before the Iraq war, I asked you about Saddam Hussein and you said this, and I quote: 'He harbours and develops weapons of mass destruction, make no mistake about it.' Well, today, no WMD, the war has cost 1,700 American lives, many more Iraqi civilians killed, hundreds of billions of dollars in cost to your country. Can you understand why some people in your country are now beginning to wonder whether it was really worth it?" It is horrific to realize an unnecessary war based on lies to "fix the facts" has taken the lives of so many, and it's taken so long for the truth of the horror to come out!

Impeachment must include the entire Bush administration -- otherwise George Bush and his minions will all receive "pardons" if Dick Cheney, the ultimate mastermind of evil, is allowed to stay and conduct the future business of this country. The current horrors conducted in the name of the Repuglican Party aren't limited to political break-ins these days, these allegations include treasonous acts, which even a president by proxy should not have the power to forgive! Keep in mind the thousands of innocent Iraqis dead, the more than 1700+ American soldiers dead, the horrific injuries suffered, the fact that Osama bin Laden has not been captured "dead or alive," no WMDs, the lies, the cover-ups, and all that comprises real evil in the world today, thanks to George Bush, Dick Cheney, Karl Rove and this entire ADMINISTRATION!

When addled brains are calling the shots, disaster is what's served up! And addled is what's coming out of the Bush administration faster than they can start another war! To say the military must get more involved in "Homeland Defense" after they've called up and sent the National Guard to fight in Iraq, sounds more like CYA and an opportunity to control the "masses" here at home!! Is the Bush administration planning something so terrible that they must also prepare for a rebellion by the American people? For God's sake people, we are beginning to look more and more like pre-WWII Germany every day!

Another not so subtle manipulative transference of responsibility, by the Bush administration, that has been slowly gathering resonance -- "The Iraqis are responsible for winning the war!" This is just another "pass the buck" for Bush’s folly! Think about it, what gall it takes for the Bush administration to say the Iraqis bear the burden of winning a war that George Bush started, and now, just in case failure has become a possibility, then that failure belongs to the Iraqis. In all future references to the Iraqi war, the Iraqis will somehow be blamed for every mistake George Bush made!

The flag pin lapel ornament, like so many things Repuglicans do, turns out to be just another empty expression! How like the Repuglican Party to try and "dress up" to show their support and then when it becomes no longer "fashionable" they throw it out along with yesterday's negative reports!! Of course the hypocrisy of wearing a flag in support of the troops when voting to cut Veteran's benefits is a little more than obvious, perhaps that's the real reason they've discarded their lapel ornaments!

Wouldn't you think some of the so-called reporters who went along with the Novak story on outing Valerie Plame, in order to negate the truth about "yellow cake in Niger" as told by Joe Wilson, would at least be ready to investigate the real story of criminal action committed by a "White House source" and confirmed by another "White House source?" Wouldn't that would be worth an in-depth report? Have they all succumbed to Karl Rove, are they afraid of retaliation, do they only bring to light the news written for them by Rove? It's obvious all the "journalists must protect their source" drivel that mainstream media is hyping these days is just more of the same smoke-and-mirrors -White House talking points- designed to cover George Bush's rear end! It's just another bait and switch produced by Rove!

"'It's unimaginable that the White House folks and the National Republican Senatorial Committee would be so disloyal to Katherine Harris, especially after all she has done for the Bush family and the Republican Party,' a Florida political operative who supports Harris said. 'It's unconscionable and a stab in the back.'" This says it all for Katherine Harris! "After all she has done for the Bush family and the Repuglican Party!!!" The speculation about Harris back in 2000 was obviously true! She gave George Bush the White House on a rather tarnished silver platter! The real question for Katherine Harris becomes, is the White House worried about you running for the Senate because they know you cheated to aid and abet George Bush in 2000, and now they're afraid someone will dig around and find the evidence? They are sure you won't reveal the truth, because that would mean criminal prosecution and certainly you aren't ready for that kind of justice. Are you a pariah because all the so-called "slurs" were obviously true? An underdog?? Sorry, Katherine, you need to come up with something more substantial than the "victim" moniker! CREUELLA THE LIAR would be a more suitable title!
