To Bush Voters: "... puzzled American commentators are asking where are all the extra jobs that the apparently positive indicators should be creating. In fact, they are being created abroad - mostly in China...One has to question the long-term economic rationale for China of putting its long-term assets into very low-interest bonds in a currency that has already dropped recently by a third - and is going to drop even more. It certainly makes strategic sense: if push came to shove over, for example, the Taiwan Strait, all Beijing has to do is to mention the possibility of a sell order going down the wires. It would devastate the US economy more than any nuclear strike the Chinese could manage at the moment." AND YOU THOUGHT HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING!

Yes siree, George Bush really knows how to fight the war on terror---at least that's what we've been told. He's so smart, he had the troops looking for weapons of mass destruction everywhere, even gave 'em a list of over 200 suspect sites. But there were two little things he neglected to tell them about---RDX and HMX. The commander in chief may have political capital, but he still doesn't have a brain in his empty head!

We need to clue in those pundits who speak for Democrats on television. They need to quit saying Karl Rove is brilliant. There is nothing brilliant about lies and innuendo and distortion, in smear campaigns, and scandal mongering.  Frame, frame, frame the comments, and sooner or later people will realize that it's not smart to be nasty.  Karl Rove is one sorry sack of cattle dung that belongs back down on the ranch.

We aren't going to recognize America when these yahoos get finished.  I fully expect to see bronze statues and humongous pictures of herr Bush plastered all over the landscape very soon.  I wonder if the Repuglican members in Congress, so willing to walk lockstep with that guy who claims political capital, realize they errr, look and uhhh, sound as stupid as George Bush?

I've finally had the courage to turn on the TV again---and I am aghast as I listen to the ditto head, right wing, whacko, talking heads as well as the more than biased to the right TV anchors attempting to mold and form the future of the Democratic party.  They want the Democrats to become a mirror image of the lying, thieving, cheating, Repuglicans!  My grandmother once said, "Be careful sweetheart of who you want to emulate, Beelzebub comes in many forms. He will come disguised as a wolf in sheep's clothing in order to fool you into following him on the path to hell."

History does give us hope---with a smile beginning at the corners of my mouth I go forward into the future, remembering this is the same bunch who elected Richard Nixon for a second term!!!!   Hope is alive!

It's time to turn disappointment around, it's time to gather our strength and renew our energies.  Keep in mind Karl Rove, George Bush, and the rest of the gang are counting on our disappointment to deflate our determination.  They are counting on us to become the same zombies they've made of mainstream media.  There's no way George Bush won this election honestly, there's no way a majority of the American people have been so dumbed down as to believe it.  We cannot allow them the victory of rendering us hopeless and thus useless.  George Bush does not have a mandate.  We must show the world we've only just begun to fight for America.

This is America, where certain inalienable rights are due each and every one of us.  The Constitution does not say George Bush has a mandate; it does not allow him to take my rights from me.  I am an American and my opinions are just as important as the next guy's. I will continue to fight for what I believe is the really moral thing to do, to oppose pre-emptive wars against countries who have not threatened mine, and to believe that our sons and daughters should not be sent to die for liars and opportunists. I will continue to be an American.

We have got to show our support for Jon Stewart---he was brave enough to speak up and out for Democracy, he put his neck on the line for us, and now it's time to return the favor.  He is must-see viewing, so find the time and location of THE DAILY SHOW on your cable provider and help show the powers that be, Jon Stewart is the BEST.

November 3, 2004

For all those who believe in honest elections---think back to the year 2000, remember Jeb guaranteed bro a win.  Months after Bush was selected by the Supremes, even with the fiasco of butterfly ballots, Pat Buchanan, Ralph Nader, and purged voter rolls, when finally all the votes in Florida were counted, Al Gore got a majority of the popular vote in Florida.  You can't tell me that Bush has gained that much support from those same voters, I just plain downright damn don't believe it.  The key difference toda, is the pre-programmed, paperless, touch screen, one armed bandit, voting machines and that's the only logical explanation for the Florida vote results that we've been scammed into believing.

Mainstream media has been feeding the American public a line of bullshit in order to proclaim a victory for Bush. The thinking goes, that if the American people believe this was a close race, then no questions should be raised post election when the pre-programmed touch screen voting machines have given Bush a bogus victory. But again, the exit polls indicated a Kerry win, soooo mainstream media are doing all they can to debunk the polling. But you know what?  They haven't convinced me, and I am sure there are others who question this fixed election!

Shades of Election 2000---Andrew Card declares victory and all the votes have not been counted.  We the American people are seeing another Bush theft right before our very eyes.  We cannot allow these arrogant poachers to steal our vote again.  We must insist that all the votes are counted.

If you thought the last 4 years have been hell, look out for what's to come.  Armed with what they claim can be translated into a mandate by scamming the American people, this administration has only just begun to fight.  As evidenced by what we witnessed yesterday in voting precincts throughout the nation, you can be sure that the Bush march for world domination began right here in America.  Give your sons and daughters body armor for Christmas and kiss them good-bye, because George Bush has plans that won't stop at the Iraqi borders.

The American Taliban has tightened their choke hold on American Democracy.  American women should begin shopping for their burkas, because when the far right wing Repuglicans have their way, women's rights will be flying away on the religious magic carpet.  Abortion in any form will again become illegal, and only the wives and mistresses of those very rich Repugs will be able to afford travel to a country where abortion can still be performed legally and safely.  In the Bush America, the rules and regulations are made only for the masses and not for those the Bushies consider to be the esteemed.  Today, if allowed to get away with the theft of another election, we are witness to the rise of the religious, radical fundamentalists, aka the Bushies, right here in America!

From this day forth, I say with a heavy heart, mainstream media, and all those self-proclaimed patriotic Americans will share equally with Bush the burden and responsibility for any and all deaths suffered in his endless war.  Unfortunately, for our troops, it takes more than tough talk and flag waving to support our sons and daughters.  It takes COURAGE, EQUIPMENT, and the TRUTH, something  George, mainstream media, and those armchair don't-really-wanna-be-soldiers know nothing about.

As of late last night and much earlier this morning, I really felt deflated, but now that I've had a second shot of caffeine, I am ready to begin to fight again.  I am certainly hoping that John Kerry is ready to show us his metal, I hope he will not go down because a wimp like Andy Card has come out and declared a victory for the moron.  I want to see John Kerry turn that boat around and head straight into the biggest fight of our lives.  I want him to show America and the rest of the world he is ready to stand up for truth and justice, I want him to be sure all the votes are counted and all the shenanigans are accounted for, I don't want him to give an inch or cede a vote.  We the American people and the people of the world are counting on you John Kerry, give 'em HELL!

Oh the irony of it all---The following from an automated telephone call generated by the Bush/Cheney campaign in Philadelphia's suburbs: "Only you can make sure that the American People--not trial lawyers, not foreign leaders--decide our next president." Hmm. It's too bad they didn't think the people's vote was all that important in the year 2000, when a majority of the American people elected Al Gore President of the United States, and trial lawyers James Baker and Theodore Olson enlisted the Supreme Court to overturn the will of the people.

Why should George Bush worry about the troops, he has the very latest in armored vehicles as well as a small army of Secret Service men 24/7. It's one thing to spout patriotic rhetoric, but quite another to do the job and see to it that our troops are protected with the latest and best equipment. And in hind sight, just where in the hell has all that money gone, into what slush fund and whose pockets, while the troops are forced to fight a war without the proper equipment?

While Poppy is out and about in public support of his boy, one has to wonder does he really agree with George and the gang's policies? When former loyal members of George H.W.'s inner circle are leaking information and when some are so brave as to publicly disagree with what's happening in Iraq, then one would wonder how firm Poppy really is in his support of George?? As he has so many times in the past, has Poppy realized that George is out of control again and that he cannot be trusted to be responsible and do the right thing?

What has been so obvious to most of us regarding George Bush is finally becoming obvious to others. George Bush has never been a uniter, he is a divider. He has managed to divide the whole world into 2 distinct segments---those who believe the only way to win is to kill any and all who disagree with you, and those who believe there is a better way to solve problems in this village we call earth.

It's ironic, Osama bin Laden's Al Qaeda is made up of radical Islamic fundamentalists, and George Bush's faithful is made up of radical Christian fundamentalists.  The faith and trust of both groups are being used by a single man to achieve a personal agenda that has nothing to do with anything Godly. Extremism in any form is unacceptable in a truly viable society.

It's beginning to look as though, again, the American people are smarter than mainstream media gives us credit for being!  In 2000 more people voted for Al Gore. Had it not been for the shenanigans of the Repuglican party and Supreme Court, we would not be in the mess we find our country in today.  The majority of the people in America know this and it looks like they intend to have their voices heard again!  Vote John Kerry if you value Democracy.

Paula Zahn hasn't got the political clout to push her boy Bush over the top, so she has to fall back on Rush Limbaugh for help. Seems the maven of Bush madness is now enlisting the aide of the infamous man with a prescription drug problem to substantiate her bias. I guess that old phrase "birds of a feather" does have some truth to it.
