My heart is heavy and goes out to those families who have lost a loved one in Bush's war. How do they feel, knowing the man who sent someone they loved off to war, never finished his tour of duty even while tucked safely away in the Texas National Guard? The Iraq war is a tragedy, it should never have happened. And the man responsible is nothing more than a slacker, he was able to move to the top of the list because Poppy knew the right people and discreetly wielded his power to get his boy a guaranteed safe military slot. And anyone who doesn't believe Poppy used his influence is just plain foolish. I know I'd move heaven and earth if I could to keep my loved ones safe!

George Bush didn't want his military records released for good reason, and now we know why--- he was busy partying so much so he didn't even complete his obligation to this country flying champagne flights off the coast of Texas. George Bush didn't want scrutiny of the events leading up to that horrific day in September 2001, and now we know why,---he went on vacation and he ignored the warnings that Osama bin Laden was determined to attack within the United States. Whenever the documented facts finally come out, we find out George Bush is nothing more than a slacker, a 50-something over-the-hill cheerleader, an incompetent playboy, posing as a cowboy, posing as president and we're the ones having to pay for it all. American lives have been lost, innocent Iraqi lives have been lost and George is still partying hardy!

If we are to believe Dick Cheney's logic, that a vote for the Democratic ticket in November would provoke another terrorist attack, would someone please explain to me why the terrorists struck the United States 8 months after the Bush administration stole the office of the presidency? The most horrendous attack that ever happened on American soil occurred when George Bush and Dick Cheney were in office! Last time I heard, Bush and Cheney are Repuglicans. Seems illogical to believe if the Democrats were elected we would endure another attack---that is unless of course it was instigated by someone other than the terrorists!

1. George Bush tucked safely away in the National Guard, out of harm's way so many years ago, while others went to fight for America in Vietnam. 2. George Bush flees to Nebraska "to get out of harm's way," while others were defending America on September 11, 2001. Anyone notice a pattern here?

I just have to wonder, how in God's name do political pundits, posing as journalists at CNN, feel knowing they aided and abetted George Bush's lies? Don't they realize they must bear some responsibility for the deaths of over 1000 American military men and women? How can they look themselves in the make-up mirror knowing they helped Bush every step of the way by promoting his war, a war based on one lie after the other?

Dick Cheney claims there will be another "terrorist attack" if America elects John Kerry as President! Now just how can he know that? Unless, of course, he's behind the plan! Money does strange things to people, and people will do strange things for money. Dick Cheney seems to have profited handsomely from this war on terror. His war on terror seems to be against nations that are rich in oil and can turn a nice profit. It gives one pause to wonder, doesn't it? Just keep in mind that whenever someone says, "that can't happen, no one would do something like that," that it can and they will, if the motive is strong enough and they believe themselves above the law!

All the Repuglican party faithful remind me of those poor saps who drank the Kool-aid Jim Jones poured up for them in Jonestown. They, too, thought they were headed for Nirvana but soon found out Nirvana turned out to be nothing more than a grave full of dirt. Because they were oblivious and reluctant to any attempts at rescuing them, they blindly followed a lunatic into oblivion. Americans today can do better than that, vote for John Kerry in November. Our future depends on it.

All I can say to Andrew Card about Bush's fantasy believing that America is like "a 10-year-old child" in need of a parent is SOME PEOPLE WERE NEVER MEANT TO BE PARENTS, just like some people were never meant to be president. And, given George Bush's history, he certainly belongs in both categories.

Bush was hustled out of NYC right after the close of the Repuglican convention, because this is one brave bold leader whose psyche is so fragile he can't tolerate dissent. The solution as usual was "to get him outta harm's way" and get him outta Dodge. His handlers are well aware, this is a man with a temper who will not hesitate to use every four-letter word in his vocabulary to strike back at any and all who dare to question his bodacious asinine position in life. So, not to confuse his base, who actually believe him to be the second coming, get him the hell away before he blows it all with a few choice four-letter words!

Every one of the Bushes think they are entitled, including the giggling twins twosome. Just goes to show you that maturity does not extend into adulthood for those who are born and bred with a silver drink in their mouths. They most certainly are following in Daddy's footsteps. God, I can see it now, "Jenna Bush for president"! Now that would be a good one for "Scary Movie III."

The facts: Al Qaida's membership has increased in record numbers, Osama bin Laden has not been captured, the Taliban is still out there, Iraq is a quagmire, Bush's claim that "America is safer" is nothing more than blowing in the wind, the winds of war are out there and, if you are to believe the same man who's telling you we are safer, the winds are coming for us. Bush is not finished with his march on the world!

* * *

Lest we forget, George Bush ignored the warning "Osama determined to attack within the United States"! 3000 innocent people died horrific deaths on U.S. soil because Bush chose to go on vacation instead of protecting the country. He sat in a schoolroom, doing nothing for 7 minutes, in an orchestrated effort to look presidential. And now, the Repuglican party wants to present him as a bold brave leader. I don't think so. Bush is either incompetent or, God forbid, so diabolical that he allowed such an attack to occur in order to garner support to wage war in Iraq and begin a concentrated effort to dominate the world.
