A collection

here and then archive them. Come visit each weekday to see what's

George
W. Bush is indeed creating his legacy
-- aside from wagging the dog,
where, sadly, American military
personnel and innocent
Iraqi citizens died -- he is looking
at being the first president since
the 1920s to stare directly in the
face of a Great Depression.
As more and
more workers lose their jobs and
no aide is expected for the near
future, we are returning to the era
of soup
lines
and hungry people. Of course, Dumbya
won't go without a meal as he heads
to the
bank to deposit those tax cuts he
has so graciously gave himself.
He truly is robbing the poor to give
to the rich.

I'm
still wondering, if Halliburton
got 73 million dollars from Saddam
to work on the Iraqi infrastructure,
why are things so bad that Halliburton
must go back and fix them? If
the Halliburton work was so shoddy
it needs someone to
fix it again, why send back Halliburton?
Wouldn't you want a different
company
that could do a better job? If
the current condition of this infrastructure
is
an
example of their work,
then
what in the world is
the American tax-payer buying now?
It pays
to shop, it pays to buy
quality -- these contracts should
have
been open to bids.

The
Repuglican Party has long said they,
and they alone, could fix America's
problems. They have ridiculed the
Left and the Democrats for years,
telling us that the GOP is the only
party with
solutions. Have a look at
what they've accomplished in just
a couple of years: a failing economy;
unemployment at record highs; domestic
chaos; chaos in Afghanistan, Iraq,
Israel, and Palestine; most of America's
long time allies against us; and
the continuous march forward with
empire-building by eternal
war. This is what we have to look
forward to for years to come.
God
help
us
all if
they are left in power to continue
this reign of terror.

Before
our eyes, we are watching
the dire consequences of
the attack
on Iraq unfold. Wiser men
than Bush knew the aftermath
would
be far worse than a war
pitting the might of America against
a third-rate debilitated
army. They knew America could
win
the battle, but winning
the
peace and the resulting
chaos would be more complicated.
Unfortunately, America
has Bush, who likes to play "dress
up" and seeks instant
gratification without giving
a thought to
what comes next!

Do
you really believe these guys care
about us? By the time America
wakes up and realizes we've been
had by this bunch of corporate crooks
running our government, it will be
too late. The Bushies will retire
somewhere far away,
living a life of luxury with all
the loot they stole, while we are
left with the spoils. If
you want a clue as to the future
of America, have
a
look at what Bush did to Texas.
Look at the deficits, look at the
polluted environment,
and take a long look at the deterioration
of a once great state and you'll
see what this moron is doing to our
country.

When
will mainstream media
wake up?
They spent eight years trashing
Bill Clinton and the public didn't
buy
the BULL.
The media is now attempting
to make George Bush credible
-- "You
can't make a silk purse
out of a sow's ear." You
can dress him in a flight
suit,
you can provide a battleship
backdrop, but you can't
make a soldier out of an AWOLer.

The
backdrop, "MISSION ACCOMPLISHED,"
for the man whose expression
revealed his flight pants to tight
as he alit from the jet that flew
him 39 miles off the coast of California.
The fact that Saddam has not been
found, and those horrendous weapons
of mass destruction are still alluding
our forces, one must assume the MISSION
was OIL, since that is all that has
been secured in Iraq. Bush must believe
all the American people are as stupid
as he is, if he truly thinks we'll
fall for his latest crock of bull.

Two
and a half years ago,
after the SCOTUS appointed Dumbya
to the presidency, I
said
we better tighten our domestic
belts and prepare to
go to war. These predictions were
made as a result of having
lived under past Repuglican
administrations. These
guys must have a war in order
to thump their chests and claim
supremacy. They have
to
eliminate jobs and create economic
chaos in order to rob the treasury.
And the irony of it all,
they
claim to be singled out
and
blessed by God.

Mainstream
media did not televise the Democratic
Candidates Debate, primarily because
they are afraid the American people
will be able to discern that
George W. Bush cannot compete with
even one of them.
Each and every Democrat running for
office is far more intelligent and
far more aware of the needs of the
American people than Georgie can
ever hope to be. Their grasp of the
issues outshines the guy who finds
it necessary to dress up and pretend
he's something he's not.
*
* *
You
can dress him up and give him
a megaphone, but the reality is this
boy is still
just a cheerleader. While Rove
et al would like the American people
to believe Georgie is a war hero,
reality is he was AWOL, even
while
he was safely tucked away in
the United States. He was also flying
to Nebraska "Outta
harm's way" on 9-11. Heroes
do not seek safety in caves and
secure locations; heroes are those
who care
more for others when staring danger
in it's face. That's something
George can only talk about.

There
is something pornographic about
CNN's love fest with Dumbya. It
is nauseatingly
disgusting to watch a formerly
respected news channel's
dubious coverage of the moron.
Sitcoms and network boob tube offerings
have
become far more interesting,
and soap operas less predictable,
than
the cheerleading misrepresentations
of Dumbya. Obviously, the bull
designed and produced by mainstream
media
is meant to specifically promote
political apathy in the American
public. |
