I was curious about just which Dems got crushed on Tuesday, so I did a little research and found out that the entire membership of the Congressional Progressive Caucus (http://bernie.house.gov/pc/) whom were seeking re-election, and were not forced out during the primaries or died (either through natural or questionable circumstances) WON REELECTION and most won BIG averaging 71% of the vote in their states/districts!

These are just the officers; there are 53 other members who won including Nancy Pelosi - CA with 80% and Jesse Jackson, Jr. - IL with 82%:

Dennis Kucinich (Chairman) 74% OF THE VOTE
(CHAIR, OHIO-10)

Barbara Lee (Vice Chair) 81% OF THE VOTE
(OFFICER, CALIFORNIA-09)

Major Owens 86% OF THE VOTE
(OFFICER, NEW YORK-11)

Bernie Sanders 65% OF THE VOTE
(OFFICER, VERMONT)

Peter DeFazio 64% OF THE VOTE
(OFFICER, OREGON-04)

Paul Wellstone DIED (KILLED?)
(OFFICER, MINNESOTA)

Cynthia McKinney FORCED OUT IN PRIMARY
(OFFICER, GEORGIA-04)

WAKE UP DEMOCRATS: THIS IS YOUR BASE! HERE IS WHERE YOU WILL FIND THE VOTES! REPUBLICANS ARE BETTER AT BEING REPUBLICANS AND WILL BEAT YOU EVERY TIME BECAUSE THE REAL DEMOCRATS WILL STAY HOME.

Demand Real Leadership!!! Send an E-mail to the House Democratic Leadership. Let someone (Rep. Nancy Pelosi) who will present an alternative to the Bush agenda assume the position of Minority Leader.
