Newt Gingrich, Maximum Hypocrite

Hi, Buzz:

Here is a run-down of Gingrich's marriage history, as best as I can recall:

Wife #1: was his high school math teacher;

Wife #2: He was cheating on wife #1 with the future wife #2. Served Wife #1 divorce papers when she was in the hospital recovering from cancer surgery. He did not have the guts to face her alone, so he brought along their two (unsuspecting) daughters. This was, apparently, compassionate conservatism in action;

Wife #3: He was cheating on wife #2 with the future wife #3 for at least seven years. Wife #3, when the affair started, was a twenty-something aide. Rumor has it that they did not restrain themselves sexually while in newtie's office (as in: "That building belongs to the American people! How dare they desecrate it!") And, yes, that seven year affair does include the time when the GHP was dogging President Clinton regarding his personal life.

To sum up: The Clintons are quite obviously committed to their marriage and Gingrich IS the king of the grand hypocrisy party's 'Liars & Cheaters Club'.
