This is the letter Rep. Waxman sent today to President Bush regarding access to the Department of Energy official charged with formulating revisions to the Clean Air Act's new source review (NSR) program. Based on information provided by Mr. Blake to Rep. Waxman, Mr. Blake met with 65 outside parties regarding NSR -- 64 of whom were industry representatives. The letter to the President is attached below as is the letter from Mr. Blake to Rep. Waxman.
