Who are the characters in this photoplay?

Hint #1 - We now know the CurveBall was the CIA codename for the primary source on Hussein's weapons capabilities who was also known as a drunk and liar.

Hint #2 - We also have figured out who codename CueBall is by his bald dome, his snarl, and his self-serving modus operandi.

But just who could codename "GoofBall" in the photo above represent?
