Tom DeLay personifies Kafka's 'Metamorphosis'

A BUZZFLASH READER CONTRIBUTION

Tom Delay's first job was mixing rat poison. Maybe he inhaled too much of it and has turned into the one surviving species when he and his ilk exterminate the planet. He's a coackroach in every way - amazingly resilient in spite of being a disgusting garbage eating insect. Quite able to survive toxins and poisons and the best efforts at anhiliation that man can contrive, and a blur of speed when the light of truth is turned on him, scurrying like a flash to hide under rocks and into the darkest corners. And like a bug he deserves
nothing better than to be stomped on and squashed.

Like Kafka's 'Metamorphosis' Tom Delay has awakened to his true nature and we can see him in all his coackroachedness. Right next to the Naked Emperor. These guys are walking tales of caution. They personify and epitomize the fables of the boogeyman that we all learn about as children.

The more light that shines on this coackroach the more disgusting he looks.
