Another Bush Mission Unaccomplished, And Our National Security is At Stake as a Result: Bush Promised to Get OBL "Dead or Alive." The Self-Styled Texas Sheriff Failed.

Bush promised Bin Laden "Dead or Alive." That gives him a couple of days to get Bin Laden before he deserves anybody's vote.

All this time and money and lives spent on Iraq, while our true enemy is alive and looking healthy somewhere.

Why was this administrations focus so distracted from our real goal?

This administration has governed and campaigned on nothing but distractions. That's what Bin Laden release of this speech is, ...another distraction.

But we must not be distracted from the true facts.... George Bush failed to keep us safe in 2001, failed to keep his promise to capture or kill Bin Laden.

And between now and then, this administration has failed on just about every other major issue.

I hope the press does NOT make the same mistakes it has in the past with this administration and that is FAIL TO ASK THE HARD QUESTIONS.

For Bush to even start to deserve a second term he must EARN IT, by openly and honestly answering the unasked questions about what his administration has actually done to make us safer.

And the job to ask those questions belongs to the PRESS. You must not duck that responsibility again History is watching.
