First, it was Colin Powell shaking his little anthrax vial on TV to take us into war, and now Dr. Rice is waving her simulated Presidential Daily Briefing in our faces

What would Roosevelt have done if someone forgot to put a report on his desk titled "Hirohito Determined to Attack Hawaii" just a month prior to the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941?

When the above photo was taken, the National Security Adviser was commenting about how Bush should have been doing his own paperwork (if I recall correctly).
