Message to Bill "I'm No Marcus Welby" Frist": If You Are Looking for Perjury, Start With Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld and Rice -- And Just Work Your Way Down!

BuzzFlash Note: In case you didn't catch it, the infamous Bush Cartel Character "It's What We Do Best" Assassination Squad is in full slime mode, currently being led by Bill "I May Look Like a Marcus Welby, M.D., But I'm Really Just Another Gutter Crawling Republican" Frist.

Frist is trying to suck the air out of Clarke's thorough documentation that the Bush Administration had ignored warnings of an impending Al-Qaeda attack and failed to take even the most minimal efforts to protect America. As is ALWAYS the case, the Bush Cartel doesn't try to seriously refute the substance of Clarke's detailed indictment; instead, it attacks him personally.

Now, the Republicans are making noises -- to divert the media -- that they might go after Clarke for perjury because, they claim, that he said some things in a classified briefing a couple years back that didn't totally trash Bush and Rice. Hell, he didn't commit perjury and lie, but if he had lied, as Frist claims, wouldn't that be a virtue as far as the Republicans are concerned?

After all, the Bush Administration rules through lies. A Bush staff member who tells the truth is a Bush staff member without a job, which explains why Frist and the Republican gang is so upset with Clarke (and O'Neill, and the whole phalanx of Bush Cartel whistleblowers): Clarke and his patriotic ex-Bush administration cohorts are more loyal to America than to the dissembling bunglers occupying the White House.

Truth-telling is the stake driven into the heart of the Republican Count Dracula reign of Bush Cartel Soviet Style disinformation. Truth and the light of day are the only things that threaten the anti-democracy regime that daily undermines our Constitution and our heritage of freedom and liberty.

One of our readers wrote the following letter to FOX News about this very subject:

Dear FOX:

It seems to me that you guys at Fox are missing a golden opportunity on this whole Clarke story. Fox has the greatest asset in cable, a commentator who knows first hand about lying to congress and committing perjury. Who better to speak on this subject than Ollie North. He can speak from first hand experience and give us commentary on the finer points of perjury. Perhaps he would have some ideas on what Clarke could have done better. Maybe Clarke should have shown up to testify in his old boy scout uniform with all his merit badges.

And Speaking of convicted felons.

Maybe next you could have Bill Bennett interview Pete Rose on gambling. Don't forget G. Gordon Liddy who can speak on Breaking and Entry.

Also not to overlook the non-felons, Newt could do a marriage segment after all he's had enough of them to be an expert. Upgrading to a second and then third cancer-free wife, that's world class. Dick Morris could be the expert on Prostitution. He and Bennett could also do a segment on kinky sex, after all a toe sucker and an S & M freak what a pair.

Just a few ideas. After all you guys are getting repetitive with the same old RNC talking points and crap. Show some imagination, I'm tired of all the right wing whining. You gotta do a better job at pushing the Liberal Media spin, than having Bernie Goldberg on to cry bias every few months. Especially a few days after you guys trotted out an off the record background brief and betrayed the trust in which it was given. White House permission or not.

Talk about unethical and biased. Does this mean that you guys will call for the White House to release confidentiality agreement of all reporters regarding all the background briefs on Valerie Plame? I won't hold my breath, because the oxygen loss to my brain might lower my IQ enough to become a FAUX Fan. Then I might actually buy your propaganda.

If Goebbels had your operation, we'd all be speaking German. And if Pravda were a slick as Fox we'd all be communists.

Thank You,

PS - Are any of the Fox liberals going to be competing in the Summer Olympics? I think Susan Estrich, Colmes and Tammy Bruce could all medal in the diving competition; they are world class.

Another BuzzFlash Reader Notes:

So now the Republicans in Congress are threatening Clarke with prosecution for perjury and jail for speaking out against the government. What country does Bill Frist think this is: Stalin's Russia, Hitler's Germany? Certainly not the U.S. of A.?

No wonder Condi Rice won't testify under oath. With all the lies she's been telling, she'd spend the rest of her life in jail.
