I love MoveOn's ad about the Misleader being Santa Claus. I envision the next ad, something like this:

President Bush takes a stand against those who cheat Americans and put them in danger. Use video of Bush saying the following:

Enron

Bush: We will investigate this and if Enron is guilty, Enron will pay.
Update?

Anthrax Terrorist, Osama and Saddam

Bush: We will find them dead or alive.
Update?

Corporate Malfeasance

Bush: We will have the SEC investigate corporate malfeasance and make sure that it does not occur anymore.
Update?

Lies that Lead to the Iraq War

Bush: If there was any misinformation, we will get to the bottom of it.
Update?

The Outing of Valerie Plame

Bush: We will investigate this and whoever leaked the name of a CIA operative will be caught.
Update?

Mutual Fund Scandals

Bush: We will investigate the mutual fund industry and protect investors.
Update?

Halliburton Overcharge

Bush: We will investigate this and if Halliburton is guilty of preferential treatment or price gouging, Halliburton will pay.
Update?

Video of Bush saying: Fool me once? Fool me twice? Won't get fooled again.

Voiceover: He's more than a misleader. He's guilty of covering up crimes against the American people.
