A
BUZZFLASH GUEST COMMENTARY Below is a photo produced by the Center for American Progress about the Medicare bill and the photo-op at the White House yesterday. The seven men who worked out the deal and met at the White House (Baucus, Thomas, Hastert, Bush, Frist, Grassley and Breaux) to finalize it have taken a combined $11 million in money from the HMOs and drug industry since 2000. That's $15,172 per day, or $1,896 per hour.
