Omertà Is In Firm Control Of White House

According to Merriam-Webster, Omertà is the code for a way of life employed chiefly among members of the criminal underworld that enjoins private vengeance and the refusal to give information to outsiders.

It seems that the Sopranos are not even in the same league as this Administration.

Whenever there is a problem such as the truth about this Administration's high crimes and misdemeanors about to break, Consigliore Rove whispers into the ear of "Don" (Little Dick) Cheney who growls "bring me their head" to his personal Hit Men: (Knife) Novak, (Baby Face) Brit Hume, or (Fats) Limbaugh. These accomplished character assassins are then unleashed upon the squealer as in the case of the true patriot Ambassador Joseph Wilson.

The head of the Five Families, the Boss of Boss's, "Don" Bush, has set up a Chinese wall of security in which nothing gets out. This latest invocation of the Code of Silence is in regard to the 9/11 commission's attempt to get at the truth by examining "Don" Bush's daily Briefs in the days prior to 9/11. We are told now only redacted copies will be presented to a select few (republican?) commissioners who can take notes but will have to submit those notes for editing. What a charade.

Hillary Clinton bravely stood before the world with a newspaper in hand to proclaim -- "HE KNEW" -- in the days following 9/11 and the Hit Men attacked her. "What did the president know and when did he know it" was a famous line from the last crime wave to hit the White House. Well, Mr. Bush, now is your chance to give us your alibi, go ahead, stand before us and tell us "I am not a crook". What are you afraid of? Anyone who abides by The Good Book knows that the truth shall set you free. The American people will give you a fair hearing.

But a fair hearing is exactly the one thing that sends chills down the yellow back of this usurping lying weasel that was installed unconstitutionally by the felonious five justices. Omertà reins supreme in the most corrupt White House ever seen and a complicit fifth estate shows little concern.

So it is up to the American people to shine the light upon the dark crevices of The Peoples' House and expose this Omertà for what it truly is. Omertà is the vehicle that this Administration is using to destroy Democracy. Omertà is the (un) Patriot Act. Omertà is the detention and tribunals for American citizens. Omertà is the sneak and peek of the FBI. Omertà is the self-censorship of the mainstream media. Omertà is looking over your shoulder while you are sitting at your computer, paying your dinner check, visiting the doctor, flying for business or checking out a book. Omertà is the KGB, the Stasi and Conintelpro all wrapped up in one and on steroids. Omertà is stripping you and me of the very thing that makes us red white and blue Americans-Due Process.

A country/western singer wrote that "you got to stand for something or you'll fall for anything." For three years now the citizenry has been falling for anything these cockroaches have cooked up. It is time to give the devil his due and get up off our lazy butts and fight for freedom. We have to register every voting age American and hammer home to them that at no time in history has their very way of life been so much in danger. Then we must get them to the polls on November 2nd, 2004 to fumigate the White House.

For God's sake people, it is time for you to stand up for your Constitution and the rights of your children. An Iron Curtain is descending around the Beltway and you are being shut out of the government of the people, by the people and for the people.

Don't let it perish from this earth.
