Cheney Alludes to New World War

A BUZZFLASH READER COMMENTARY
by Dave

Did you guys read what Cheney said in his speech?

"Cheney also said America's war against terrorists will continue as long as he and Bush hold office," maybe longer.'' He noted that more than 700 American soldiers have been killed since Sept. 11, and predicted more will die fighting terrorism. But "remember, we lost more than 3,000 here at home on 9/11, more than died at Pearl Harbor,'' he said. [LINK]

By implying that those killed so far are minimal to what should be sacrificed by precedent, nothing short of an all out World War could match the number of casualties that Cheney thinks is appropriate.

They forgot to mention how he was rubbing his hands together, licking his chops and laughing like Dr Evil when he said it. With little W as Minnie Me on his lap. War, after all, is very profitable.
