With all the talk about what GW said in his 2003 SOTU address, I decided go re-read the transcript (I know, I know, I should get a life.) When I went to the Whitehouse SOTU web site [LINK], I got an unexpected good laugh.
Look at the three word banner above the transcript that the White House uses to characterize Bush's speech: "Denial and Deception".

I'm amazed one the west wing's spin-meisters hasn't suggested changing the wording in light of the current furor.
