Who
Are We To Condemn Another Country?

Dear
BuzzFlash,
OK,
Lets put this into perspective ...
For
a long time there were two superpowers... then a little over ten years
ago one of them collapsed, and that left one superpower... the USA.
Today,
as the most powerful country in the world, the USA has already renounced
the International Court of law, over a year ago the US renounced the
Geneva Convention, then after that the US unsuccessfully bullied the
UN .. so the USA declared the United Nations 'irrelevant'.
And
now the sole superpower of the world proves to everyone that there
is no longer any law, no fair play, no diplomacy, no United Nations
... Anything goes!
So
says the leader of the world.. its open season!
..
no Geneva Convention, no International Law, no United Nations.. no
NOTHING!
As
the leader of the world, the USA has officially set the policy.
If
you want to attack another country.. well, DO It!
And
now, what's to keep any number of countries around the world from attacking
bitter enemies? Places where they have wanted to attack for decades..
but held back because of the international courts, war crimes trials,
and especially the Geneva Convention.
Now
any festering hot-spot in the entire world has the green light from
George Bush.
If
some country decides to attack someone, and if the US doesn't like
it, NOW what are we going to say about it??!
If
any country decides to attack another nation.. who are we to say anything?
If
countries torture their prisoners.. who are we to say anything?
If
any country defies international law.. who are we to say anything?
If
anyone silences dissent in their country.. who are we to say anything?
If
any country repeatedly lies to the international community.. who are
we to say anything?
If
any country defies the United Nations.. who are we to say anything?
So
there you have it, the standard is set .. by the leader of the world!!
Best,
Kelley
