How do you think Barack Obama's world tour went?

Barack Obama is back from his world tour. I hope we can buy T-shirts commemorating his world tour, as if he were Bruce Springsteen.

Even if you thought your summer vacation has been great so far, it will be difficult to top Obama's vacation. Multiple countries, a magical 3-point shot, visiting the Western Wall in Jerusalem [1], and who could forget Obama hanging out with 200,000 plus of his friends in Berlin. Boy, the pictures must be awesome.

In one of the 652,479 snafus so far in the John McCain campaign, the campaign challenged Obama to make an overseas trip to see first-hand the issues a president has to face. And Obama did face those well, despite obstacles such as limits on where he could speak in Berlin and Pentagon interference on visiting troops [2].

Most of the focus in the way the race is being covered has been on international, not domestic. That is unfortunate since our problems within the borders are worse and ignored. But at least the trip satisfied the MSM and the pundits into thinking Obama can be president.

But perhaps you have a different take on Obama's world tour. Were there events he should have done? Missed opportunities? Things he shouldn't have done that he did? Or do you think it went as well as it possibly could have? Let us know what you think.
