It’s no wonder “ugly American” is again a popular phrase. It’s no wonder those who are so inclined would torture and abuse prisoners, the Regressive Repuglican, the radical right-wing conservative is appallingly calling for the death and destruction of “babies and their mothers”! “... a YouTube posting of a Michael Reagan broadcast [2] from a couple of years back finally got noticed for what it was: genocidal threats against Muslim babies and mothers, because some Middle Eastern mother named her child ‘Hezbollah.’ ‘You know what I would get them for a first birthday, I would put a grenade up their butts and light it. Happy birthday. Bye-Bye.’ He went on to say, ‘What's wrong with killing the mothers and the babies?’"

“September 6, 2007 … Six nuclear warheads on cruise missiles were mistakenly carried on a flight from North Dakota to Louisiana …” [3] Were those “loose nukes” really a mistake, or were they something more ominous??? I heard it was impossible for the Air Force to make such a “mistake”! Were the “nukes” actually part of some secret plan the American public was never supposed to be privy to?? “September 23, 2007 … THE United States Air Force has set up a highly confidential strategic planning group tasked with “fighting the next war” as tensions rise with Iran.” [4]. “Jun 5, 2008 … U.S. Defense Secretary Robert Gates fired the Air Force's top two officials on Thursday after mistakes [5] involving their most sensitive mission -- the safety and security of America's nuclear weapons.” Were the Air Force Officials fired because they made mistakes, or were they fired in an attempt to cover up the Bush administration’s plans to illegally preemptively invade Iran???

Memo to each and every person living in Florida: If you think your taxes and insurance rates are high now, just wait and see what happens when “off-shore drilling” begins! How many “tourists” will flock to Florida to see oil rigs off the coast??? [6] Who really wants to see a sunrise or a sunset over oil rigs??? Drilling for oil will destroy the mainstay of Florida’s economy, the vacationing tourist. Off-shore drilling [7] will end the tourist industry which will then necessitate another increase in property taxes in order to provide the necessary services for communities all over the state, police, firemen, teachers, etc. etc. etc.! As the potential for an oil spill disaster looms on the horizon, the insurance rates will also increase 100 times over, that is if you can even get insurance!!! “OFF-SHORE DRILLING”, BAD IDEA!

“The Army official who managed the Pentagon’s largest contract in Iraq [8] says he was ousted from his job when he refused to approve paying more than $1 billion in questionable charges to KBR, [9] the Houston-based company that has provided food, housing and other services to American troops … Army auditors had determined that KBR lacked credible data or records for more than $1 billion in spending … ‘They had a gigantic amount of costs they couldn’t justify,’ ‘Ultimately, the money that was going to KBR was money being taken away from the troops, and I wasn’t going to do that ... he was suddenly replaced, he said, and his successors — after taking the unusual step of hiring an outside contractor to consider KBR’s claims — approved most of the payments he had tried to block.’” That’s our money they’re talking about, a billion taxpayer dollars, and where I come from being paid for services not provided is known as graft, [10] or in simpler terms it’s a lesson in how to “make money by shady or dishonest means.”

Hmm, “I think there is every reason to believe John McCain won't be the nominee. [11] Ok, let me say that again. McCain will not be the Republican candidate in November.” Could this be why Jeb Bush’s name has been mentioned recently??? “Second President Bush floats prospect of a third [12]… Bush singled out his brother, who has often been mentioned as a possible Republican presidential contender.” [13] Was George Bush beginning a “hue and cry” for bro Jeb? Is George stumping for Jeb, already? Enquiring minds are wondering is Jeb a Repuglican “September surprise”; are the Repuglicans planning a brand new “marketing campaign” come September?

Fearless and determined Representative Henry Waxman, [14] D-Ca. should be Speaker of the House, if he were, maybe then we would have some justice in these United States!!!

Thanks to “yesterday’s man,” George Bush, all of us are now considered “a force for evil”! [15] “ [16]Anti-American sentiment still runs high. [17] More people in France, Germany and Britain view the United States as a ‘force for evil’ than good in the world”. It’s going to take “change” in America to regain our reputation!!!

Now here’s a guy with a really good plan! “LAW SCHOOL TO ORGANIZE BUSH WAR CRIMES TRIAL [18]… A conference to plan the prosecution of President Bush and other high administration officials for war crimes will be held September 13-14 at the Massachusetts School of Law at Andover. ‘This is not intended to be a mere discussion of violations of law that have occurred,’ said convener Lawrence Velvel, dean and cofounder of the school. ‘It is … intended to be a planning conference at which plans will be laid and necessary organizational structures set up, to pursue the guilty as long as necessary and, if need be, to the ends of the Earth.’"

NADLER: Your testimony said 100 detainees have died in detention; do you believe the 25 of those were in effect murdered? WILKERSON: Mr. Chairman, I think the number’s actually higher than that now. Last time I checked it was 108.” -- “Investigation finds widespread abuse at US detention centre in Afghanistan: The guards kicked, kneed and punched many of the men until they collapsed in pain. US troops shackled and dragged other detainees to small isolation rooms, then hung them by their wrists from chains dangling from the wire mesh ceiling.” [20] No longer do we have to ask the question, “Why do they hate us?” How many times has it been said “the German people should have known what Hitler was doing in their names”? How many times have the German people been made to bear the shame of that which Hitler was doing in their names? If this were true about the German people, how do you think it will be applied to us? George Bush’s legacy will be remembered in history as, “a time when America lost her morals and her soul!” American soldiers herded the detainees into holding pens of razor-sharp wire, the kind that's used to corral livestock.
